Description: After witnessing a Sōma no Kō fission technique, the user attempted to do it himself. This ended in failure, while being able to separate his body into two separate beings. The second being did not receive any benefits from the original. No chakra, No bloodline, Nothing. When a sensor resolution ninja looks at him they will find nothing but a normal civilian. But this clone is special, its made of flesh and blood. If cut, he will bleed, if injured, he will die. He can also travel away from the one who initiated the jutsu.
Restrictions:
Not usable during battle
Caster must wait 1 year in RL time to use jutsu again due to the double being made of actual flesh and blood.
Caster cannot be fused back together with double unless he is taught the Soma's refusing technique.

Description:
Luciano will hold out his hand(s) and point it towards the desired target. The hand(s) will be open, the palm showing as it is facing the target. Luciano will charge a bit of chakra and a "bullet" of bugs will shoot from his hand(s) at high speed towards the target. This jutsu is executed very fast and can therefore easily catch the target off guard. Upon contact, The Kikaichū will latch onto the target and began to extract a [E rank] amount of chakra every post. Each time the target is hit more e ranked chakra is taken.

Element: Aburame Clan Kikaichū
Description: Luciano releases a large amount of their kikaichū and has them spread out over a wide area around the area. The insects then emit a small amount of the their host's respective chakra that they usually feed on covering the area in a invisible dome. Those within the dome without Kikaichū will be under the genjutsu. The Kikaichū will not emit chakra to cover the field, but also emit a eerie sound. Those who hear the sound other than the Kikaichū host and someone with a Kikaichu inside of them will be effect by then genjutsu. the opponent would feel like they are completely surrounded and covered by millions of Kikaichū Beetles. This will make the enemy scream and yell in pain as their body feels as if it is slowly being ripped apart by the insects as they would think the insects are burying into their skin as well as absorbing their chakra causing them to faint for the lack of chakra they think is gone as well as making them feel as though they are suffocating.

Jutsu will last 1 - 2 post

Description:
The bikōchū "Minute Scent Insect" is an insect that was once used by the Aburame clan in the great ninja wars. It was becoming an endangered species, however, so they let it live in a special bug habitat, uninhabited by humans. Two of the female's distinguishing traits are its long nose and its blue eyes, but a giant bug-like creature that looks exactly like it is sometimes confused with the real thing. It also has an incredible sense of smell, stronger than even that of a dog.

Bug users are drawn to the bikōchū because of the fact that the first scent that the beetle detects after its metamorphosis stays in its memory, so whenever it smells it again it tries to get to the source of the scent. This is what makes Bikōchū coveted, since it can be used as a formidable tracking device.

Luciano would be that one of a kind Aburame to posses the Bikochu and use him for its tracking skills.

• This phase contains her emotions such as: Bitterness and Sadness.
• This Summon has multiple hands: 2 hands cover the eyes and the other 4 hold swords. How it sees is unknown ...
• Two of the hands cover the weeping eyes
• This Phase is leaner and Six Foot Three ... taller then the average man.
• Due to the fact that this summon is emotionally connected with Jocasta it costs 50% of her total chakra and cause her to become extremely sick after. Lasts only 5 posts

Phase Deux or Phase Two: (Physically and Emotionally) S - Ranked
• This phase is massive... rivaling the size of Gambunta and Manda.
• This summon embodies the other emotions: Rage, Loss, and embodies her want for Revenge... this summon is completely out of control.
• This Summon has 8 arms, 2 cover the mouth and the rest clench a tight fist.
• The eyes of this beast are exposed, its eyes are dark as midnight containing 4 white rings and a single tome (resembling the sharigan with NONE of the powers ) as a mockery of the Uchiha.
• This Summon is the only thing that is a direct rival to the Susanoo and equally as powerful
• The user must sacrifice a good amount of blood to summon and it also consumes 75% chakra causing the use to pass out after 8 posts.

I'll go ahead and n** this in the bud for a few reasons. As of the current time we do not and will not be allowing custom summons created outside of custom summon competitions.

Beyond that this is a piece of work that attempts to give a player a semblance of power equivalent equivalent to that of players who have long struggled to receive their power. This technique you've attempted to put forth would be an utter shame to let pass, as players who worked to get Mangekyo or Eternal Mangekyo, from the over 30 posts of training, the actuality of having to go through traumatic events, and then the killing of one of their own, which in and of itself would be a lengthy fight with a character who had just as much experience into it as they did. So not only is it denied on principle alone, it is also denied on terms of selfishness and shear levels of overpowered nature put forth for minimal cost.

I consider this denied, the rules consider this denied, Yoko and Lanfaer also consider this denied. Therefore, IT IS DENIED.

Description: A large fuin array that expands from a compressed tag or can be made manually on the field. The field expands an effective zone of 20mx20mx20m in dimensions. The end result of the seal is shaped to the users whim being able to custom tailor blasts to their desires and must be detailed at the moment of creation, and cannot be altered. The explosion created rips the ground under the array a new one, encompassing a 20 meter area though again completely tailored to the users whim. This can be anything from everything to explosions to implosions. This is limited to three uses per combat however each post of prep counting as an offensive action. Each seal takes three posts to form in both tag and field form. Each seal must retain the original specifications that the sealer decided to use and can contain only a single detonation. The blast is indiscriminate and can harm the user, allies and foes alike.

Description: A seal used to draw two objects together. A minimum of two seals required, one seal is placed on an object and the other on a target. When activated these seals will be drawn towards each other in a rather forceful manner, going as far as to ripping a person off their feet and dragging them across the ground. An exertion of 80 stamina at the time of activation will prevent the target from being pulled to the tag however this will be considered a defensive action due to the strength of the powerful if not very brief pulling force. This seal can be kept in tag form with the chakra due to be paid upon use. The seal may also be placed on multiple targets at a reduction to the strength of which the homing seal draws the targets in. The targets are drawn in at a rate of 10m/s^2 for the base seal. The details are as follows.
1 target requires 80 stamina at a rate of 20m/s
2 targets require 40 stamina at a rate of 10m/s
4 targets require 20 stamina at a rate of 5m/s
8 targets require 10 stamina at a rate of 2.5m/s
16 targets require 5 stamina to overcome the pulling force and are drawn in at a rate of 1.25 meters per second. Each seal only requires a D ranked amount to make in the field, though require a B ranked amount of chakra to activate all placed seals. .

Description: Beginning by either touch sight or sound this jutsu will place the intended target into a world of nothing but white. Where sound echoes as if there is no end. After a few moments of nothingness Satemy will suddenly Appear at any distance away from the victim he chooses. In this space the illusion would appear as if the victim has been sucked into another dimension. In reality they are just standing where they were afflicted. To anyone observing without the ability to see chakra via some doujutsu or other ability, there wouldnt be any indication that they affected was in a genjutsu. The afflicted simply goes on auto pilot and would be doing whatever it was that they were doing before hand. This state has its limits as the persons consciousness would be otherwise engaged. So there actions would be put on a simple loop. If they were attacking Satemy or someone else they would start to repeat there actions with little variation in there movements. The same goes for common speech. Only basic conversation would be active. Allowing for nods and short answers that sometimes wouldn't make any sense. But the jutsu wouldn't leave an individual completely helpless. If attacked there body would respond from pure muscle memory from there training. Avoiding attacks as they normally would if not better since thought wouldn't get in the way. just pure instinct. They would even counter attack or retreat if need be. The same also happens to the user of the jutsu, so a double edged sword. On the inside of the victims mind Satemy has put his consciousness into there mind. With his overpowering doujutsu he remains in control of this world . In theory if the intended target was skilled enough in genjutsu or also possessed a Sakkugan then they would also have some or equal control of there world. Free to move or summon objects freely. Assuming they figure out that they could do this. One of the uses of this jutsu would be to cripple his opponents mind through sheer pain and mental trauma. It should be stated that since Satemy wouldn't like to do something like that except in times of extreme desperation there are other options. Including being creative enough to make his target experience days or years while being awake tricking there brain into thinking that it much needed to sleep or even wake if that were his purpose. Other ideas would be to fix a destroyed or mentally unstable mind that was previously harmed in some way. Which he would do this by summoning the mind he was invading's neural network and spotting the paths that were hampered in some way and repairing them or at the very least if the damage was great detaching and finding them another pathway. In some extreme cases though that would never work. Such as a brain that was so physically damaged by trauma that the intellect inside was very much fading away. Or if the pathways he was seeking to correct were either destroyed or removed from the same cause. In which case all he could do was get information from the minds host and pass it on to the outside world.

This jutsu has some risks that are obvious. like the weakened state there bodies are left in but also in the fact that both minds are without defense. If the afflicted were to somehow gain control over the world then Satemy would be at extreme risk and have to withdraw ASAP. Sticking it out and fighting would be an option but a foolish one at that. As the old saying goes. The mind is your strongest weapon. So an alien invader like Satemy could end up going back to his own mind completely obliterated. Which could take days or even years to recover from if ever. There is also the risk that if his own body were to be slain. Then Satemy would have no where to go back to. Finding himself locked and lost in an alien body. Possibly overtaken by the original host over time or consumed on the spot. The worse possible scenario the invader would find himself in is where in some cases there was already an alternate mind in the body he was invading. Say in the case of a demon host. The supernatural creature could easily overwhelm him or trick him into unleashing it. Even preventing him from returning right away. In which the cases mentioned above and more would be possible.

alreayd i can tell you that it is scattered brained and there is no real clear effect. In terms of genjutsu, most have a primary and secondary effect, and affect only a single sense. Very few elite affect multiple senses. What i need is a clear but simpe description of what it looks like, how it is activated, and requirements to perform it.

The afflicted simply goes on auto pilot and would be doing whatever it was that they were doing before hand. This state has its limits as the persons consciousness would be otherwise engaged. So there actions would be put on a simple loop. If they were attacking Satemy or someone else they would start to repeat there actions with little variation in there movements. The same goes for common speech. Only basic conversation would be active. Allowing for nods and short answers that sometimes wouldn't make any sense. But the jutsu wouldn't leave an individual completely helpless. If attacked there body would respond from pure muscle memory from there training. Avoiding attacks as they normally would if not better since thought wouldn't get in the way. just pure instinct. They would even counter attack or retreat if need be. The same also happens to the user of the jutsu, so a double edged sword. On the inside of the victims mind Satemy has put his consciousness into there mind. With his overpowering doujutsu he remains in control of this world . In theory if the intended target was skilled enough in genjutsu or also possessed a Sakkugan then they would also have some or equal control of there world. Free to move or summon objects freely. Assuming they figure out that they could do this. One of the uses of this jutsu would be to cripple his opponents mind through sheer pain and mental trauma. It should be stated that since Satemy wouldn't like to do something like that except in times of extreme desperation there are other options. Including being creative enough to make his target experience days or years while being awake tricking there brain into thinking that it much needed to sleep or even wake if that were his purpose. Other ideas would be to fix a destroyed or mentally unstable mind that was previously harmed in some way. Which he would do this by summoning the mind he was invading's neural network and spotting the paths that were hampered in some way and repairing them or at the very least if the damage was great detaching and finding them another pathway. In some extreme cases though that would never work. Such as a brain that was so physically damaged by trauma that the intellect inside was very much fading away. Or if the pathways he was seeking to correct were either destroyed or removed from the same cause. In which case all he could do was get information from the minds host and pass it on to the outside world.

This jutsu has some risks that are obvious. like the weakened state there bodies are left in but also in the fact that both minds are without defense. If the afflicted were to somehow gain control over the world then Satemy would be at extreme risk and have to withdraw ASAP. Sticking it out and fighting would be an option but a foolish one at that. As the old saying goes. The mind is your strongest weapon. So an alien invader like Satemy could end up going back to his own mind completely obliterated. Which could take days or even years to recover from if ever. There is also the risk that if his own body were to be slain. Then Satemy would have no where to go back to. Finding himself locked and lost in an alien body. Possibly overtaken by the original host over time or consumed on the spot. The worse possible scenario the invader would find himself in is where in some cases there was already an alternate mind in the body he was invading. Say in the case of a demon host. The supernatural creature could easily overwhelm him or trick him into unleashing it. Even preventing him from returning right away. In which the cases mentioned above and more would be possible.

this in not done yet but i want to make sure that this much is allowed before i go on any further. So pending...

alreayd i can tell you that it is scattered brained and there is no real clear effect. In terms of genjutsu, most have a primary and secondary effect, and affect only a single sense. Very few elite affect multiple senses. What i need is a clear but simpe description of what it looks like, how it is activated, and requirements to perform it.

Right. um...I will be seeking help with constructing it. As it sits it is basically a scatter brained idea for a much bigger idea....But none the less i thank you for the reply and will keep working on it until i have a clear and precise outline for you. Is it ok to let it sit here while i work on it and update it as i finish it?

Technique Name: Hebi no Rendoreiku [ Snake's Rend ]

Description: Snake's Rend is executed in two steps. Fire is breathed out by the user into a long stream, reaching 7m/22ft in length. The flame itself is only hot enough to cause first degree burns and lights flamable materials instantly. However, at anytime, the user can also instil Fuuton [ Wind ] chakra. This second step causes an explosion along the entire flame's length. The force of the explosion is as follows; when an individual is next to or closer than 4m/13ft to the blast they are blown clear off their feet, with the organs vitally damaged by the blast force alone, causing a painful, slow death. They would also suffer third degree burns and numerous, deep gashes. When standing at a distance of 4m/13ft to 6m/19ft the individual is still blown down, suffers minor burns and the organs are injured enough to severly impact performance then on, with minor internal bleeding and tearing occuring. Healing recomended but not fatal. After 6m/19ft the individual will be buffeted by the explosive force but may retain enough stability to not be knocked down completely. No burns will occur.

Technique Name: Burasutou~ōru [ Blast Wall ]

Description: With one hand as the base of this jutsu's chakra source, a flat circle of Fuuton [ Wind ] chakra is summoned, it's face dictated by the direction of the user's palm. It's diameter is .5m/1ft across. Almost completely useless, this thin shield of chakra is visibly swirling at a rapid pace, giving it a deadly appearence. In actuality, if disturbed, the Fuuton [ Wind ] chakra would disperse outward, causing minor cuts in any soft material, including skin of the user's hand. The purpose of this jutsu is to wait until an opponent or object, such as a thrown projectile, get close enough that, when infused with Katon [ Fire ] chakra by the user, will explode with enough force to knock the object flying at ferocious speeds and an individual knocked down with fatal injuries, including second degree burns and torn organs from the concussive force. However, this shield is almost completely ineffectual without the target being directly in front of the shield. Two steps back and the small blast will barely stop a thrown projectile and barely push against a human with no injury caused at all.

Description: Requiring a single hand sign and large amounts of concentrated chakra, this explosive jutsu's range is the user's palm. The best method of attack is for the user to grab hold of a vital junction in the opponent's body, such as the wrist or elbow, with one hand, and craft the hand sign in the other. The power summoned is a compacted explosive force able to rend through flesh, break bone, and tear arteries and cartilige alike while inflicting third degree burns around the area of the blast. The user will also feel this heat, burning their skin as well. As such, the user's hand will be rendered slightly burned from the techniques' first use and in need of treatment from burns and broken skin after the second. To use the jutsu a third time will render the hand useless except for basic movements from second degree burns and many open wounds. Itwill only regain its previous mobility after intensive healing. Grabbing the shoulder will make the attached arm almost useless, elbow to stop the target from using their hand, and wrist to cut through flesh and put the opponent at risk of death from bloodloss in ten minutes. The same is for hip, knee and ankle respectively. Note the inside of the elbow/knee also has the same effect as wrist/ankle due to placement of arteries.

Technique Name: Hōgeki [ Cannon Fire ]

Description: After performing the handsigns the user summons a large sphere of Fuuton [ Wind ] and Katon [ Fire ] chakra 1km/3ft wide in their hands. The swirling mass is hurled via chakra, at a speed of 60km/37mi for a distance of 5km/3mi. The ball will continue travelling until it reaches its max distance or when it comes into contact with an object. The explosive force will level a radius of 80m/262ft - nearly a full neighborhood block. Everything beyond that will be seriously damaged for up to another 40m/131ft to the point that the buildings would be rubble, and all within dead from the heat cooking them, the concussive force liquifying their internal organs, rubble crushing them, or the blast flattening them into another object. Everything flammable is lit on fire. For 20m/65ft beyond severe structual damage is applied and individuals suffer internal ruptures and hemorrhaging, risking death in several minutes to half an hour. 10m/32ft after this radius some structual damage and risk of falling debris will occur while individuals will be blown down by high winds, suffer wind rash, minor burns, and internal bruising.

as far as i see, there are no issues with the jutsu description only with the fact that they are, by chakra elemental natures, collaboration jutsu. So you understand, this means that for the jutsus to be used, you need to supply a single one of the elements while an outside source (another person or a clone) supplies chakra of equal rank of the second element of the jutsu, effectivly forming the collaboration. As for looking at your jutsu, to be used with another person you would also have to have the required amount of training in collaboration jutsu with them.
