Hermes looked briefly towards Artemis and Apollo each, and then turned towards his father. He was slightly hesitant to speak, but when he spoke, it was with false confidence so his voice slightly shook. "Father," he began, "Artemis and myself found the faun in Demeter's Garden..." From there, Hermes retold the events, in a condensed matter.

Artemis listened to Hermes tell everything and didn't make a move to interrupt him. Apollo stayed quiet as well. One thing all of Zeus's children had learned at one point or another was not to cross him even if he did favor a child at one point that didn't mean he wouldn't turn on them if he felt like it.

Having understood all of what his son had told him, Zeus reconsidered his first opinion of the situation. "So you have no idea how the faun got here?" The matter was important. It did not matter that the faun creature was mortal, most of them were mortal anyway. If it had meant that the faun had climbed the mountain, despite his young age, it could be seen as an act of potential hubris. Perhaps judgement could be withheld due to the faun's young age.

Hermes paused before he replied to Zeus' question- it was probably improbable. "When I was returned to Olympus, I kept thinking something was following me... This may seem unlikely, but I think the faun flew up here."

"Well there's one way to test your theory, son." Zeus said, and with one move, swooped down, picked up Arwa and dangled him from a great height above the mountain.

Arwa screamed when the strange god held him above the ground. He tried to cover his eyes and believe that it was not happening. "Muuuumm!" he shouted. "Muuuuuum!"

Artemis stared at her father in shock. "Father you're scaring him and I don't think he can fly judging by his reaction. If he could fly he wouldn't be screaming for his mother. Is it possible that the Faun latched onto you Hermes?" If it weren't for the fact Apollo had an arm around her she would have moved towards Zeus and the faun.

Arwa took one look through his hands and immediately wished he hadn't. He accidentally wet himself with fear. Unluckily for Apollo, most of the urine had fallen onto him. Hermes smirked at the humourous twist, then coughed to try to hide his laughter.

Zeus looked from the petrified faun to his drenched son and quickly put the faun down.

Hermes stopped himself from sniggering, then said, "I would've felt it if he had latched on." Briefly looking to Apollo, Hermes said with a grin, "Would you like me to get you a towel?"

Artemis rolled her eyes. "Would you also get some water for the smell Hermes?" Working with hounds and raising puppies she was used to this and for some reason her twin seemed to be the favorite target. She carefully slipped out of Apollo's grip and headed towards the little faun. "It's alright little one. We'll see about getting you cleaned up as well."

Hermes left the mirror on the floor, and went off to find another bucket of water and a towel. Quickly visiting the nearest well, Hermes filled another wooden bucket with water. He'd probably have to fill another bucket with water later, Hermes reckoned. Once the bucket was full, Hermes hurried back to Apollo, trying to keep the loss of the water minimal from the speed that he was going at.

"So, Arwa," Zeus asked. "Can you explain how you got here?" He was more interested in how the faun had managed to do what the mortals who had aspired to get to the top of Olympus had tried to do but failed, whereas Arwa had succeeded.

Arwa looked at Zeus and tried to hide the damp clothing that he wore. He felt embarassed, and said quietly, "I don't know... sir."
As he returned, Hermes looked to the faun, and felt that the faun was scared. "Don't worry about my dad, he's not that scary."
Arwa smiled, "Well I was outside the tent when there was this strange man who said he needed to go to the toilet. I didn't think that he was all he said he was, so I followed him."
Hermes grinned through false teeth. It sounded very familiar, he tried to busy himself with Apollo and the water bucket.
"I don't know what quite what happened, but I suddenly found myself in a cloud." Arwa said.

From the corner of his eyes, Zeus saw Hermes' readiness to assist Apollo in cleaning up the urine. "Can you describe the strange man's appearance to me, Arwa?" he asked. Zeus face wore a serious smile, and got down to the faun's height, caring enough not to intimidate him as Zeus was aware that he had scared the little faun. "What did he look like?"
