 Goosie giggled a little at the trio as she continued to unload pile after pile of clothes, shoes, and accessories.

 Paris' eyes watered and he keeled over.  'Wow, look at all this!' Jervaid gasped, lifting up a jacket. He turned an astonished look to Goosie. 'You didn't have to get all this stuff for us!'

'Hey, Gallaine, wake up, we've got some good stuff here, thanks to this girl!' Jervaid said.  'Mmm?' Gallaine reluctantly sat up, and looked at the pile of clothes her friend was currently wading through. She then looked up at Goosie. 'All this must've cost you a fortune!'

Goosie smiled at them, "N-nope, I've still got some fortune left. I don't need the gold anyway though. Um, if you need anything else just ask, it's easy for me to get stuff for you guys."

 'You're too kind,' Gallaine smiled, pulling some clothes on. She did a twirl. 'How do I look?' 'Good enough to eat,' Paris smirked. 'Let's just hope my girlfriend agrees,' Gallaine added, deflecting Paris' flirtations.

Goosie didn't seem comforted by that, pausing mid-folding a top and looking down at it. She didn't want her new friends to get hurt or have to go back to a place where the situation was so dire. "Do...um, do you guys really have to go back and fight? I'd, um...hate it if something happened." She admitted, looking up at the trio and seeming sad.

'But ultimately,' Jervaid continued, ignoring the interruption, 'our people will benefit so much if we succeed. If we can change the way Besadal is run, overthrow this overlord, then we can work on making it a better place. Equality, not treating people differently because they're not a Guardian, or because they had the temerity to be born women.'

The girl nodded, feeling smaller after his lecture and carefully saying, "U-um, I know...I'd just feel really bad if something did happen, you guys are nice...but you're right, I'm sure going back home and um, changing things and making them right will be way better than staying here."
