She was quiet for a good dozen seconds before she proclaimed, "I knew it! I knew there was something special about dad. The way mom dodged questions made me start thinking about it. Plus it always seemed like she told us he was normal because she wanted a good example that we could lead normal joe-schmo lives if we wanted. And it explains Alex's mutation perfectly. "So, tussle with any bad guys with my father?" Liz said with a glint in her eye. "On occasion yes. That's how I got this." Chamberlain said as he rolled up his shirt sleeve and revealed a long white scar on his forearm. "We got into many a predicament, to say the least. Mostly bandits and others seeking relics with less than noble intentions." Liz paused before she grinned from ear to ear and said, "You're Indiana Jones!" She laughed for a minute before she pulled herself together and said, "So what kind of relics did you find?" Chamberlain smiled. "All sorts of things, but I cary around certain ones. Like this." He held his hand out and the Holy Blade Excalibur formed piece by piece until it was whole and shining in his hand. "Holy crap!" Liz said as she eyed the sword. "Is that what I think it is?" She reached her hand out to touch the sword Chamberlain simply spun the sword by the pommel and handed it to her hilt first. "You tell me. But I already know the answer of course."

"So, where was my father from then? Did you ever see his home?"

"Right," Liz said. It was obvious she was still full of questions, but she contained herself and began to eat. After the breakfast was done Tara returned, dressed in clothes that looked like they were for working out it. They were not Chamberlains, but she seemed to have been keeping them somewhere.
"Liz, if you would join me for morning exercises it would nice," Tara said as she moved towards the door.
Liz nodded and with a nod towards Chamberlain, moved off with her mother.

"Tinker do you read?" Said a large, muscular man with short, red born hair and a very tanned complexion. he was garbed in thick fabric covered in what could only be described as leather armor on his lower arms and legs as well as his shoulders. A long, collapsed bow was holstered on his back and two large knives, or short swords depending on how you looked at it, were sheathed next to the quiver with the handles facing downward. He looked to be in his late 20s to early 30s.
Next to him was woman who looked a bit younger, probably only in her mid 20s. Her hair was cut around her shoulders, and was combed so that it hung over her right eye. She wore a long brown over coat. The wind picked up for a second and showed she was wearing black cargo pants and a cameo shirt. Strangely, the her clothes almost seemed the shift slightly with the area around them to make the camouflage colors mimic those around her. On her waist and legs were holstered many different types of guns, a silenced P-90 hug at her waist from a chest strap. Her hair also blew up in the wind for a moment, revealing a long vertical scare across her right eye, starting and inch below and ending and inch above, her eye clouded over.
"I read," said Tinker's voice, projecting in their head as well from the empty space in front of them. They were in a small clearing in a forest in rural Canada and had be traveling on foot for about three days from their last mission to reach the secluded area. It would have taken most people much longer than than. But being and ex-military green beret and ex-ranger, they both knew how to navigate the wilderness very well and could keep up a better pace than most for much longer than most.
The clearing shimmered for a moment before a small, human sized door opened out of thin air, the innards of a large vessel showing inside the doorway. The two quickly stepped in and the door shut behind them....

Just as Scope reached the cabinet, another woman who looked exactly like her walked in through the same hallway and asked, "Tinker, do you have the recon I..." She trailed off at the strange look both Tinker and Orion gave her and all three of their eyes moved to the second scope. Orion put his hands behind his back and retrieved his short blades, pointing one at the Scope next to him and the other poised to throw at the other Scope. Orion looked the a man who did not miss often. the Scope next to Orion had reached for a sidearm, but stopped when the blade was brought near her throat. "What is the meaning of this?" Tinker said as she typed a few strokes into the key board and the cabinets in the back let out a his as they sealed shut completely. She paused only for a second before she said, "Are you with that techomancer from earlier? Just what is it you people want from my data stores? Or is it that someone is paying you? I can guarantee we can pay you more to tell us who they are. My guess is underworld black market runners. We've been hitting them fairly hard as late. Dragon Sneeze liz_bliz_inc Tinker blink in surprise and said, "Two things; no, you don't get any files. Second, you tell me what you mean by 'when I was little'." "I am hurt that you do not remember me my little kitten." the impostor responded. Sam's head lifted of her palm as her eyebrows raised. She turned to Orion and Scope and said something in German, to which they responded. She repeated with Latin, this time only Orion responded. then she spoke in Russian, to which Orion just raised and eyebrow. She turned to the impostor and said in Russian, "You speak like my uncle, are you him?"
