When can I start training for martial art? since we are on a similar discussion with shikai razz

Lusk, all you have to do is find the martial arts list that Bull-Sama posted in our squad threads and pick one from that list. Then PM Bull-Sama and request your martial art training. He will get back to you on how and when to start! biggrin

No, no, Martial Arts training can be requested as soon as you join the squad. Waiting for permission takes two months, plus whatever time it take for you to meet other additional requirements, if there are any.
Hahaha, I never asked for my Shikai training, mind you. Bullene just PMed me asking if I wanted to make a thread for my Shikai training some time shortly after I became Third Seat.
Shoooot, I was just thinking... I was only Third Seat for what, over a month, if that?
Oh, Lusk....

Tez Tickle No, no, Martial Arts training can be requested as soon as you join the squad. I grew up in immingham, a village near grimsby, on the east coast of england lower down from hull. However I have lived in leicester since 2008 for uni.

Essex for me, South East of England. About 10-15 mins bicycle ride from a place called Lakeside Shopping Centre and Retail Park.

From what I can gather, you apply for training in the Martial Arts thread, then Bullene (or myself, maybe...) picks a number of people he will allow to make Martial Arts training threads. I think he uses the 10-post/10 sentences format.
To be honest, until I get more of a clue of how he does it myself, best speak to Bullene about that. I'm not sure if what I said is accurate enough.

yes I've had a training pending since december based on fact he was remodelling the manner in which training was done. I'm rather eager to eventually get that training underway.

Ah, I see now...
Wanted to check back through the thread to see if I missed somethng and I had. I wouldn't have been shed any light on the new format around that time, for the obvious reason of not being VC until recently. Though, I should have checked the squad for anything I missed, really, just to see if there were any points he wanted to discuss that he's forgotten about.
Just wait it out a little longer, I'll have a word with him in the next couple days about it.
