She ran to the courtyard and finally slowed her pace. She looked around trying to find someone. "Took you long enough," a mans voice said. She turned around to see her father. "Sorry I forgot," she said sighing. "So you want me to teach you how to become a better fighter. Why is that?" Corinne looked at him, her eyes serious, and said,"I don't want anybody to ever have to give their life for me again." And also kill Mei, she thought to herself not saying it out loud. "Now that's a good explanation. Lets get down to business," he father said smirking. She clutched her scythe and got ready for her training to begin.

((Triple post xd The only reason why I did this is because I got a good idea.))
"We won't start today though," Corinne's father said. "Why," Corinne asked. She was extremely confused."Didn't you hear there is going to be a ball held tonight honoring the defeat of the powerful demon raid," he asked her. Corinne shook her head and was still extremely confused. "Well let me take you to your mother so she can fix you up," he said happily. Since when did dad care what I wore, she thought. They had finally made it to her mother's room. "Well I'll be seeing you," her father said leaving. Corinne stood there and thought about what she was going to do. I...hate...dancing..., she thought. She knocked on the door waiting for her mother to open the door.

((lol thx. im soon going to have to put a profile of corinne's parents up here)) Corinne's mom opened the door and said.,"Oh Corinne. Come in." She let Corinne in and asked,"So you don't have anything to wear to the ball?" Corinne slowly shook her head. "Alright lets get you an outfit and fix your hair and everything," he mother said smiling. Corinne knew what this meant. Oh great an extreme makeover, she thought to herself.
When they were all done Corinne looked extremely different. She looked at herself in the mirror and was shocked at what her mother had made her into. "It's almost time for the dance. Go on get out there. I'm sure tons of guys will be asking you for a dance," she said. "Alright mom," Corinne said sighing. She walked out the door to her room, not wanting to dance. She sat on her bed and was deciding whether to go or not. "I guess I could, since mom went through all that trouble to make me look like this, but I can't dance," she sighed and decided to go and just not dance.((XD I love how they treat her! lol! here be a pic. I'm still surprised Corinne's mother did that.  ))

Cinne pulled up her skirt slightly, pulling the hidden dagger out of her girtle.
"I've always kept this...but had no idea how to use it....can you teach me how?"

((Lol yay! Some1 may have to invite him or tell him about it though. he dont know bout it lol. and ya, i often use my accent on the comp too lol))
Ryu nodded slowly. "Yeah I can. Now, first, get it out so we can start," he told Cinne. Something in his gut told him that something big was going to happen. He wasn't sure whether it was good or bad, but he was eager to know what this feeling was.

Corinne sat in a chair bored as ever. She watched everyone dance and wondered how they did that. She sighed and was a little embarrassed about being the only one not on the dance floor. A man walked up to her. Oh great now this guy is going to ask me to dance, she thought. "Hey Corinne I've heard your mother's beautiful singing and was hoping you would sing for us," the angel said. "Wha-What?!" The thing she hated more than dancing was singing in front of large a group of people. "I don't feel like it," she said embarrassed. "Would you please," he asked innocently. She sighed and said,"Well I guess." The angel cheered which made Corinne jump a little. What did I get myself into? He grabbed her hand and dragged her onto the stage. She stood there with with stage fright not able to move.

An angel ran as fast as she could trying to find Ryu. She finally spotted him and ran over towards him. She gave him a note and was off in a flash.

Kratos walked in. "Sorry I'm late." He said to Corinne from behind her.  He walked around and watched everyone in the back. Michael finally got a grip of herself and sighed. "I wonder what everyone's doing now..." She told herself. "At a party." the guard said. "You mean no one told me?" Michael said. "I thought you knew." The guard said. Michael jumped up and started going through dresses.

Corinne looked at the crowd. She was getting a little dizzy. I can't sing in front of all these people, she thought to herself. She knew her face was probably red from embarrassment. She just stood there not doing anything while all the faces looked upon her.

Ryu read the note. A dance? he thought, grumbling. I didn't even do anything to help... I just stood there like an idiot deciding what to do... After a moment of thinking, he decided with a sigh. "Cinne, I know you want to train, but how about going to a dance? Maybe to shake of some nerves and stuff..." he asked Cinne, feeling regret that he never got to teach her anything.
