Elaina smiled weakly when the others praised her power, she shrugged. She watched as Harmony blew a massive pink bubble that bounced ever so slightly as it contacted with the floor. "That's incredible!" she said despite herself.
She was unsure of how to progress from here but luckily Alwyn suggested dinner. "Sure." she said quietly. "I mean, if you want to." she added.
((OK guys, I'll be out til the 8th, ghost her along if you can and luckily, she's really shy so she wouldn't be doing much talking anyway >.< Thanks and my apologies.))

Lite took the opportunity provided by Will's evacuation to witness what the commotion was about to escape the team meeting and the assembly altogether. In a means which severely lacked subtlety, Lite picked up his surfboard and bolted from the crowd after saying a simple "Later." Rushing back to the docks, Lite knew he wanted to spend the remainder of the evening surfing and he was going to do so. Spotting a few fellow students around the docks, Lite lunged into the water and began to paddle out. Nothing was going to stop him now except perhaps sea monsters.

"Oh wow! Those movies are really old!" She exclaimed her eyes lighting up with amazement. "I've never seen any of those, I've heard of some of them though, like the Austin Powers series."
Sergey watched Tess while he slept for a few minutes before taking up residence in one of the chairs and settling in. He wasn't about to leave....he probably should go back and then get something to eat for dinner since it would be soon, but this was more important. He wanted to make sure he was going to be alright, even if he had to sit here all night.

"Oh yeah, I'm a classics fan when it comes to movies." Marie stated standing up. "I suppose we are done here. We could go to the cafeteria and snatch a snach of sandwichs and things to eat during the movie and then head to your dorm's common room and figure out what we want to watch and enjoy! I say, we meet around 7:30? Its probably about 6:30, 6:45 now." Marie wasn't wearing a watch, but she did look at her wrist anyway and felt quite stupid.
"Does it sound like a plan?" Marie asked playfully. She smiled a bit flirtatiously to both Logan and Arkell.

Logan smiled at the movie choices, recalling that he'd seen at least one of the Austin Powers movies. He had noticed Marie glancing at him earlier, but only smiled and glanced away a little. He watched her stand as she spoke about getting snacks and such, and he nodded. "I'll probably be having a small dinner instead of snacking... it's hard for me to 'snack' when I have gloves on. I'm surprised I didn't get some of my aero bar on them..." the last part was quieter then the rest, as it was mostly meant for him.
He smiled up at Marie, and then noticed her smiling the same, flirty, way at Arkell. He looked away, subconsciously chiding himself. If she liked Arkell, it was not his place to ask. He admitted that he was feeling a little upset thinking about that, but he merely stood, brushed himself off, and sighed. "I'll see you two at Seven Thirty." he murmured, and wandered off to the cafeteria.
Training had been fun, and although he wasn't too hungry, he got something to munch on lightly so he had food in his stomach, and decidedly got some orange juice as a beverage, this time. A small pasta dish in his hands, as well as his juice and silverware, he found a back table and sat, pulling out headache medicine from his pocket. He could feel a large headache, maybe even a migraine, coming on him and he didn't want it to ruin his time being with his team mates. He took two pain killers and nibbled on his food.

Marie blinked unknowingly at Logan's reaction to her flirtatious smile to both him and Arkell. Her face went red at the thought she had hurt his feelings. She was only trying to be funny and friendly. Her heart panicked a moment as he left and told herself she'd apologize or... something. Make things better.
Though it was true she liked Arkell. Heck, Marie barely knew them both. But he had been a real gentlemen and basically came to her rescue earlier today.
It was complicated for her to like him though. Because of his mutation is was hard for him to even be around people. But as Marie thought about it, she realized he must be very lonely because of that and how people thought that.
With a deep breath she told herself she wouldn't let that push her away. Marie would get to know him and hopefully she could make his time at school a little less lonely.
"Wanna go get snacks together, or would you like to meet back up later? That reminds me that I must go find my roommate and tell her about the movie thing..." Marie spotted Alwyn with her teammates. They looked to be done and assumed they would being going to dinner soon. "Oh there she is! Come on. I think your roomie is on her team!" Marie took Arkell's hand to help her up off the ground and went towards Alwyns team, waving her arms.
"Hey! Alwyn!"

Sam nodded as Lite left for the docks, and turned to Kazuko. "Well," he said with a smile, "I hate to leave you all alone, but I'm pretty hungry. I'm going to go ahead and get some dinner. Feel free to join me, if you'd like." With that, the violet-locked teen walked calmly toward the cafeteria, calling over his shoulder, "I'll be seated at a table near the back!"
Upon arrival, he noticed that the line was still pretty short. He circulated through it, filling a plate with a nice salmon fillet, some steamed vegetables, a small serving of risotto, and a bowl of salad. Sam grabbed a bottle of water and looked for a seat. He saw a vaguely familiar student (Logan) sitting by himself. Deciding that the young man shouldn't be eating dinner alone, Sam sat down across from him. "Good evening, stranger," he said quietly, noting that Logan had a bit of a headache.

Logan glanced up as Sam and mentally grimaced as his eyes scanned for air vents and the like, before smiling politely to the other male. "Good evening." he murmured in return, nodding his head a little. He took another small bite of pasta, thinking about which of the movies he'd like to watch, though he was very sure that he'd rather have the girls pick one. He glanced up at his dinner partner for a moment, before getting a drink of juice, his face mask hanging about his throat. "How's the salmon?" he asked, to make conversation.

Kazuko was a little disappointed that Will didn't mimic anyone's voice, though it seemed obvious that he could do it, though he didn't admit it. To Lite, she managed to say "I wouldn't mind going out," before he left, in a hurry, to the beach. She assumed to surf, as he had a surfboard in hand. She definitely wouldn't mind a companion when she went out to work on her powers. Besides, her gills got irritated if she didn't use them often enough.
Moments later, Sam also departed, for the cafeteria. It seemed many students were headed that way.
"I'll see you tomorrow," she said to Will, giving him a nod, and went to the cafeteria herself.
Kazuko helped herself to a large chicken salad, heaped with all sorts of delicious veggies. Topping it off with French dressing, she grabbed a glass of milk and scanned the crowd for Sam. She would join him for dinner, and then, if she had some time, she would wander over to the beach. She hadn't fully looked over that area yet, and was curious to see how it was set up. Kazuko dryly suspected she'd be spending a lot of time there.
"Ah. There he is," she thought, spotting him sitting with another student. She meandered over, sitting next to Sam and giving the other student a nod before starting to eat. He was wearing a mask, and she wondered if he was sick.
((Oh yeah... is the cafeteria free to students? Or do they need to swipe a card or something? Or pay? Just curious.))

Well, that was abrupt, Will noted as Lite charged off with his surfboard, leaving the moving crowd behind. "Have fun!" he called after the "Smokey Lite-r". The boy laughed inside at his lame joke. A lighter and smoke... would get you a smoker.
The next to leave had been Sam for the dining hall and then Kazuko to the dining hall as well. Will supposed he should follow since his stomach was starting to growl a bit. Who knows? With the mass exodus toward the cafeteria, he was bound to trip... er.. meet other students or maybe even see that girl(Marie) that he noticed earlier had overlapped classes with him.
"Hey, wait up!" Will called, but Kazuko had already gone ahead without him. He sighed and jostled himself through the crowd.
The cafeteria was big. Today's selections were edible, the musician determined, as he lopped some food onto his tray, including some oily chips. Those chips were multipurposeful.
Looking around, he spotted the two teammates that hadn't gone to the beach seated next to a very strange seeming person towards the back of the room. The unknown person seemed to be slouching a little. Will raised an eyebrow. Now, the decision stood between whether he wanted to mingle with his teammates more or to meet more possible victims for the thought. Oh, what the heck?
The boy took a seat next to Kazuko and gave everyone a thumbs up sign. "Merry eatings!"

( Oh, and yes, you swipe your ID card to buy things like lunch and snacks and stuff like that. )
Arkell giggled and threw a funny face in Marie's direction. "I suppose we should just get lots and LOTS of snacks." She said with a smile as Marie bee lined off to find Alwyn and said something about Arkell's roomie being on her team maybe. Arkell shrugged and took off after her, catching up beside her, and smiling at the other team.

Huilliame was back for seconds. He came back from the lunch queue laden with spare ribs on one side and apple and cherry pie with ice cream on the other. He realised he'd look a pig if he hadnt had that card with his diet info on it when he ate. He looked over at another team while he was walking back to his seat and bag. A new student was sat talking to that purple haired kid.
On the horizon, the faintest outline of an old fashioned ship could be seen from the island. It was rolling fiercely in the water, roacking back and forth, as if it were fighting something trying to drag it down. A flock of bizarre ravens with steel talons were flying towards the island.

"Well, actually," Marie started as she reach Alwyn and her team with Arkell, "We were going to the cafeteria, yes, but to grab sandwhiches and snacks before heading over to Dorm B's common room at 7 o'Clock for a movie. Do you gals wanna come? Feel free to invite your roommates or any of your friends too."
Marie smiled brightly and realized she hadn't at introduced herself to Alwyn's team. "Hola! I'm Marie Jakemen, Alwyn roommate. This is my friend Arkell Lavanya." Marie politely held out her hand to shake theirs if they choose to do so.

Alwyn went to shake Arkels hand. " well its up to them we wee going to do some bonding." Alwyn noticed Elaine remain quiet. "Maybe i will stop by later" she said with a smile.
