He's currently working on a heart (like in organ) picture to me for a late valentines gift. heart I never get to see them before he's finished. *curious* Gimmie something he can work and and I'll ask him. 3nodding I thought just like Sabin when I saw that hairstyle! biggrin I just wish they could do more blonde hair that is not yellow. domokun domokun scream scream scream There is ONE blonde that's okay in color but ugly in style... xp

Wheeee, anyone want to give their opinion on an upcoming auction I plan to run? It'd be very much appreciated, and as fellow art whores I figure you guys would probably be some of the best to ask. :3
I decided I want to do something unique for my art auction, so I'm thinking of taking my new skills/hobby and offering to do a My little pony custom of the person's avatar or OC. I've got two little 'worries' though.
1) While I have two samples of ponies, neither are really Gaian. Should I wait until I have an example.. like perhaps draw how I'd do an Iris pony.. before I start the example? Or are the other non Gaian examples good enough?
2) The biggie. Basically with the auction you'd be winning pictures of the custom pony.. which would be about 5 or so from different poses and such, but I think half the fun in custom ponies, is actually getting them. Problem is.. I don't want to lose money on this.. so unless the person is willing to pay $5 for shipping or the auction just goes ridiculously high (and doesn't crash at 15k or so like most of my auctions @_@) I really don't want to send it. Is it okay to post something along the lines of "If you wish to recieve the acutal pony I'll be happy to mail it out for the $5 shipping charge", or will mods be all over my bottom about not taking real money? And should I just save the offer until I'm pming back and forth with said winner?

for the second question, it would be wiser to wait for the modly advice, but I don't see anything bad in it >.>...
and for the first, you should definetely make 2-3 gaian av ponies, so the people would know what exactly they're bidding on, or you may finish drowning in questions like 'OMGWHYDIDN'TYOOPUTMYSKIRTONTEHPONEYOMGLOLOLZREPORTYOUSCAM!!!111!oneeleven11!!!'....
