((sorry guys, I was busy this morning)) With the sluagh dead, the group gathered themselves together. They would drive back to town. It was going to take half an hour. John sat in the back of the mini van. They let him have a window seat. The sidhe sat next to him, with Thor at the other window.
"Well, you've just seen us put our lives on the line to keep some of you mortals alive, and their dreams as well," said Thor. He wasn't speaking in his usual aggressive tone. He didn't look at John, he just stared out the window. "When I was young, my girlfriend was killed in a drive by shooting. She had been my girl since we were six, and I always thought I would marry her. When she died, I lost everything. All my dreams and plans for the future were taken away from me in one moment. The guy who did it had picked her house at random. There wasn't even any real purpose for it. Needless to say I tracked him down and killed him. It was the moment his blood hit me that I realized what I was. I was a redcap, and he was my first kill. I took the bandanna I had been wearing and soaked it in his blood. I would have gone insane if the Duchess hadn't found me. Her dream is to protect people. Not just the fae, but mortals as well. She showed me that there was still something worth fighting for and that I could go on. I owe her my life, so I have dedicated it to her cause. I will protect her at any cost, and punish anyone who hurts her." He turned to John at this point. "I'm not sure why I'm telling you this, and don't expect me to be friendly to you. I meant what I said about eating you if you betrayed us. As you've seen tonight, not everything in our world is friendly toward mortals, and there is a lot worse where that came from. Under the Duchess, we have made it our purpose to protect you. We have a very personal interest in seeing that your dreams come true and will do everything we can to help them along. We live off of dreams, we are dreams, if mankind stops dreaming, we will cease to exist. The Duchess was asking about your dreams, because she wanted to see what she could do to make them come true, not to patronize you." He returned to watching out the window. "If any of you ever tell anyone about this conversation, then I will make you wish you had been born mute. I have a reputation to keep after all, I don't want any of you spoiling it." They drove the rest of the way back to town and dropped John off at his house.

Marienara had not used flicker flash to take her back to her home. She had gone to Kayla's. She was waiting in Kayla's room. It was time.

Li was as impressed as the girls, he loved the whole rennisance era.

Jaye swung her head from left to right over and over to take everything in, no matter which way she turned she was mesmerized by the objects in the house.

Sien walked in, he was dressed in a black tunic with the crest of house Eulined (it's in my sig) on it and trimmed in silver. He carried a silver sword at his side.
"You like it here? I'm afraid my Lady is out and I have no idea as to when she will be returning so I will have to greet you in her place. I'm afraid I'm not as musically inclined as she is though."

"I'm afraid I don't, but I can speak for her in any matter." He looked over at Jaye and Mae. "You like my sword? It's very old, and very sharp."
