Hmm, Electric waterfall gym? Sounds cool. But I personally would want to stay with 1 type.
Then again, I'm not really an important person here. If the VC's or captain say you can combine the types, then go for it. xd
If combining types comes around to being popular, I'll be sure to slap some steel types into my Dragon team to fend off those annoying ice types. xd

Doesn't sound too bad to me, I love Electivire! I have mine from Pokemon Battle Revolution still and its been awesome n.n
I've never seen Luxray used before, neither have I seen Manectric. Honestly forgot all about that 3rd generation pup, no one uses them xp
Dragonite is one of my favorite Dragons before Black and White.

As for 5th Gen Electric team...hmm.
Electross cause of its Levitate. Awesome electric type.
Galvantula, with compound eyes makes Thunder hit 91% of the time! Awesome eletric type aswell.
Electivire again lol
Jolteon
Dragonite
Aerodactyl
Aerodactyl and Dragonite will be the ones handling those earthquake spammers lol.
Team is generally the same, just got rid of Luxray and Manetric for these 2 new ones.
I had chose Luxray and Manetric before, only because their rarely used. Doesnt hurt to be different. And if you win while using a team people rarely see, then you become impressive! xd
