Dragon: Nooo good times was back when Hido nara was powerful and had a rivalry witht he puppet user art... they ended up killing and destroying each other leaving nothing behind... basically I made a massive chakra explosion at the same time as him... the mods dubbed it a mini nuke collision... and you get the rest.

I'll just deal with a Non-bloodline I'd be better at it like that any ways. Try the Seido clan in Hidden Summit [Federation] They have the "Accurate Eye" which is very similar. Quote: Seikakugan LV. 1 ("Accurate Eye") - 1,400 Skill Pts This is a bloodline limit exclusively for the Seido clan. It is what makes them so deadly accurate. It shows them a persons main pressure points and where their Chi(blood) lines are. It goes up One Level evey 1k Skill Pts. ((Clan Technique)) -has a puppet with said eye, it's fun- ^^ Hey all [yeah, late. got held up with theatre. tomorrow is the "night of the Doc" when the head of the theatre department comes down to check on the show that's being worked on. SO we got kept late in rehearsal ::sigh:: i miss those days, if only i had the time for theater this semester.

And that goes double on the no give-backs She shouldnt blame me. By signing up for the tournament she risked death. Heck, if it were a tournament-style exam she'd risk dying too. What would she do then? Be mad if she died because I didnt put her against an easy opponent or something? Dragon, I'm pissed because, not ONLY did I have to change her look, but i had to CHANGE HER COMPLETELY. Everyone you killed, will have to change their looks and their name. no they wont. if you die in an exam, nothing happens to your body

Urgh, still feel pretty awful, but I managed to get caught up again. As for your question, Chisato, no they don't, they are pure slime, basically a watery colloidal mass held together by saturated chakra. Hyuuga techniques could still do damage to them, though. In a manner a little different, but still sort of effective.
