Dr. Fomite Finally. gonk
WMP reinstalled and everything seems to be working nicely. The notes aren't overlapping the subtitles, and the subs look infinitely nicer with the fonts preserved, rather than the blocky white text the VLC player was putting out. Now I've got 3 minutes to brush my teeth and get out the door. gonk
Edit: On the bright side, the CD drive is working again after the restart. heart *brushes furiously* Awesome... working the night shift? Ah well, I can hear how much you love it tonight.

Just finished watching the first two episodes of School Rumble. whee Good stuff, indeed.
I'd watch more, but I'm too tired now. Will be curling up on the floor for a while.
