naw, not really, never liked genjutsu, like effects, but i dont plan to. the medical thing is a something in the air, but basically ima use assassin type jutsu's on top of taijtsu, to close in quick and rush out before being noticed or seen. that is plan anyways. i also plan on later making a few taijutsu/ninjutsu stuff. but wont be till after character knows gate 3 at minimum for making this jutsu.

Genjutsu, is nice i admit that, but, so is medical jutsu. its a coin with two heads. both good but both bad at same time. for genjtsu user, uses a chunk of mana, so does medical. atleast that is what i figure. but medical can save partners life or save a person in a village life. then you got genjutsu that makes your opponnent susceptible to everything. till he is released from it. just my character is not going to be a heavy chakra pool character. will have a decent one but it will be small.
small edit: but he will be very wise and dexterous. not to strong but decently strong
