I think I am going to be doing that too. My mom had to come get me from school because the pain in my arm was way too bad. I have Bersaidas in my shoulder so my arm hurts every so often and it just got to be too bad today. I had to come home and take Naproxen. It is helping a lot and it made me really tired. So I took a nap at noon and woke up at 1:44 when my ex-boyfriend sent me a text that I haven't answered yet because I went back to sleep and then at 2:15 when my alarm went off.

My arm has been like this for about a month so I am slowly getting used to it. Bersaidas doesn't go away so I am going to have to live with it.

I hope the pain eases. Something is telling me though that the older I get, the more it is going to increase. Especially with how I am a very hands on person and I love to do things with my hands, arms, anything to get me physically involved in the activity.
