*catches her hand* Maybe so, but you underestimated me, did you not? *takes her hand and guides it, brushing it down his chest to his pants* I keep them here, by the way...*guides her hand into his pants pocket, wherein lies the case she gave him, filled with cigarettes*

I'm a scientist. I don't overestimate; I observe. I think I know exactly what to expect from you, really. *Fishes out the cigarette case carefully, pulling the silver case out, running her fingers along it before she takes a cigarette out.* Matches? *Bops his nose lightly with the metal container.*

You're exasperating, but you know that already. *Gives him a look before she proceeds to fish into his other pocket to fetch the matches from it, pulling out the book with two fingers.* Do you want one too, so I don't have to waste an extra match?
