umm can anyone approve of my bloodline request for the Rinnegan?
Misu - I'm very kind about my pay methods now days ^.^ Mirrors made me a banner and maybe make a amv for me but if not cool anyway. I paid him with a custom jutsu and the Coocoon gen 1.

just use a program that can utilize layers
open it up
put a layer behind it and doodle

Get photoshop or gimp, then make two layers. There should be an option right on it. Then on the layer that's behind the first layer, draw random crap. On the top layer, put your picture and some text.
