(( I know that, however it most likely will escalate, therefore I will be sitting here just in case. Oh.... and that was dirty.... How dare you sick an old man on me? ))
~Damian's eyes quivered as he stared at the one named Jiraya whom was approaching him. Sadly, he would have to deal with the flirtatious comments from the old man until his time to approach was near. With as much patience as he could, he merely took the flattery.~

As ace shadow appeared behind hurdy as it then picked him up and threw him in the air"hurdy i know about your recent change to the allaince ....so i am going to have to kill you"ace said as he perform the skills gate lock all three of the ninjas were bounded by this lock"lets get serious now"ace said as he latched on to hurdy shadow useing leaf shadow dance

~Quickly, Damian threw his hand forth, knocking Jiraya out of the gate which now held the three of them. He was still in his Gypsie form, looking frightened away from the three. He brought his hand to his mouth to attempt a crying episode, which in turn worked, "You two are horrible!!! Fighting in this peaceful village!" Whenever the two finally figured out who he was, this would most likely be put against him. Thoughts flickered about within his mind.~

Hurdy disapeared in a cloud of smoke as the Log Ace threw in the air was caught in his technique. "Do you really think I would come to Spar with an Uchia? I knew you would turn on me, but it's fine. I was gonna really spar and not kill you. But it looks as though you made a bad choice.... it is about to get much worse though." Hurdy watched Ace fly in the air in th shadow of the log. He used his hand seals and his eyes gleamed red. Destrucion of war. "Now, you will die." Hurdy dropped a Smoke bomb, and when it cleared, he was gone.

As ace saw the smoke cleared he didnt know where hurdy was"well if your wenrt a missing ninja this would have never had to be"ace said as he started to perform some hand seals as he did he looked around he needed to draw hurdy out"well so your gonna hide this battle out?"ace asked as he perform the handseals and finish alot of clones appeared and they waited for hurdy to come out as ace faded into the clones making it harder to tell clone from ace as he looked around as the clones did also

Hurdy was behind a tree, Ace would never be able to tell which one. He used some Hand seals, to shake the battle up a bit. Birth of a dense woodland. Then, Opening up his new Body, he makes the hand seals for one of his jutsu he never used before. Hyakki no Souen. The hundred puppets apear, but are hidden by the trees, Ace has no idea what is happening, not yet. Then Finally, Hurdy used one more jutsu. Kugutsu Henge. All of the clones looked like Hurdy now. But, they took out there weapons, and Readied behind the trees, waiting to strike on the small circle of clones in the middle of Hurdy's vast forest. When he gave the signal, Ace and His clones would be eliminated in one quick blow.

ace was in a jam"what ever should i do"ace said as he change fighting styles to fire"well come at me now and i will show you hurdy"ace said as he perform some more handseals and used mass replication and made some more clones"well are you gonna stay in that tree all day are you gonna come out'ace said as he threw some smoke bombs as he did and it filled the feiled by time the feild was clear of smoke there seem nothing had changed as ace pulled a kunai out and used flying swallow on his kunais he was holding

Hurdy smiled, he was looking through the eyes of one of his puppets. He figured now was a good enough time to rid himself of the Uchia and used Hand seals. Hidden Mist technique. An extremely thick mist deseded onto the clones, blocking thier sight of the Trees around them. All of the Puppets Stepped out and opened thier mouths, Shooting many posinos needles into the mist, which would cut down the Clones, and maybe Ace if he was stupid. Then Hurdy used two more jutsu. Bringer of Water. In the sealed in area, It started to ran heavily, in a few minutes, the box they were sealed in would start to fill up. The second jutsu was a deadly kinjutsu. Symphony of black water. The rain turned blcak and would paralyze humans, killing those who got the black in thier blood. Hurdy and his puppets would be fine, they had no organs. The Box would fill with the black liquid, eventually killing or paralzing Ace.

As ace watched as hurdy watsed chakra secretly he was standing on a tall rock as he finish some handseals
Demu genji
Alot of dust flew through the air as it would paralyze hurdy and his puppet as sense there was mist around it could not be seen as was silent as he did not make a sound hurdy would be paralyzed by now as ace started some more handseals
Ace was almost finish as he waited a bit

~Damian's eyes quivered slightly. He knew all of the techniques being preformed by the two, and was now in danger himself. Quickly, he did several hand seals, losing his Gypsie form, however the mist hid him well enough. A large crack erupted within the soil, the black liquid flowing down evenly into it. Smirking, Damian watched as the deadly liquids which would have harmed him left, leaving him ready to commense getting rid of the problem at hand. One of the needles flew past his head, shaking him slightly. Growling, he had watched where Ace had gone and knew in turn where Hurdy himself was. Sighing, he changed his mind, moving back towards the outer part of their enclosement, picking up the flute. With two fingers upon its holes, he began to play a slow mournful tune.~
(( Hurdy, watch yourself, another attack towards me and I jump in. xD ))

As Ace stands on the rock, the black rain lands on him, touching his skin. He is paralzed, from the Kinjutsu and won't be able to move. Hurdy's Puppets searched through the forest, while Hurdy took out his three special ones. They were elite compared to the others and had abilities ten times better. They stoud around him and the four waited for wod from one of Hurdy's hundred puppets.
The jutsu that Ace preformed was acually a waste of time. Hurdy Had no organs, niether did any of his puppets, so they were free to walk around in the dust as theu pleased.

~Smirking, Damian would watch as everyone, including the puppets would become entrapped in a deep Genjutsu. The flute that Damian was playing was yet another way to start his Uchiha Genjutsu, which none but an Uchiha of almost equal power could break. He'd created this originally to face off against Bone Akasun, but now it seemed an easier way to stop the fight. Slowly, he stood, walking amongst all of the clones, which would now be either dead or motionless. All of the puppets merely stood, for they couldn't react unless their owner was concious enough to command them. With a flick of his wrist, a kunai flew forth, circling as it twist and turned about itself aerodynamically. Abruptly it stopped however, lodged in the neck of Ace, whom was paralyzed for not defending against the rain that now poured down. Damian himself had a thin film of metallic alloy about his skin that his Orochi power helped to get rid of such techniques as this one.~
