Akihiko turned, smiling at how nicely Izzy cleaned up. "Looks fine really. Um... well, I figure that we're discussing the next tour. Trying to put together a masterpiece of storytelling." the musician replied with a smile before his phone buzzed.
It was the gate, and he gave the okay for the pizza man to enter. "Take a seat, Ruki. Time to make some social media news." he spoke with a wink, leaving his phone on the table... as well as his wallet...
The guards had instructed the man to enter via the garage entrance, and soon Akihiko was opening the door. "Sorry to have put in an order so late." he spoke, inviting the pizza man inside the door before walking back over to the table, giving the delivery man plenty of time to take a couple of pictures of his living room... Izzy sitting there one of them.
"No one's going to believe this." the man said in amazement.
Akihiko laughed, "You've got pictures so they should believe it. I tweeted to my fans earlier that Pizza Hut was being so kind to deliver so late." he replied with a smile as he took the money, including a hefty 5,000 yen tip, and handed that over before taking the pizzas, bread sticks, and salad stack of boxes, setting them on the bar. "So, I promised a picture and an autograph. I've got a pen here..." he grabbed one from the table. "Did you have something in mind to sign?"
The pizza man nodded and drew a cd cover from his pocket... it was the limited edition of Driftwood... which actually mad the musician smile genuinely for once.
"Sou ka... I'd rather sign that then anything else in the world to be honest." Akihiko added with a wink, taking the cover and signing it... before handing it to Izzy. "You sign it too, Lucky-san."
The pizza man blinked, "That... that really is Izzy Lucky?" he asked before bowing. "Would it be too much trouble to get a picture with you both?"
Narcissus smirked, glancing at his manager. "That's up to Lucky-san."
With Ko bouncing up and down between them... Naoko felt his heart warming. It really was like they were a tiny little family.
But one day... Ko wouldn't be with them any more... and while that made the blond said, it also made him glad as well. Seeing Ko happy was important to the pianist... and no doubt just as important to Shou and Sai as well.
"Hmmm maybe something bad happened? I'll ask him when we deliver the crapes. Oh and Ishihara-san's been absent the last two days too... also kind of not like him, ne?" of course Naoko didn't know what had happened between peacock and shark.
The younger Oumori laughed as they found themselves watching a pair of giraffes. "Even some poisonous creatures are cute, you know. Like the um... Slow Loris. It's ADORABLE but poisonous."

"Probably...It's always some thing. I'm sure there is an excuse and maybe it's a good one. Hopefully he's well." Shou didn't say much more after that about Katsumi's problems. The man looked a lot like Narcissus and that made some of his thoughts about being prompt and motivated colored by Narcissus' failings. He didn't want to lump Katsumi into the same category by looks but sometimes it happened.
Shou avoided speaking about Ishihara because god knew he didn't want to talk about his feelings surrounding that man. Kissing and grabbing then becoming a complete cold fish about it all. Shou didn't want to feel anymore used than he already had with that one. Soon he was wiping his lips trying to avoid being disgusted. "Well I'm sure the poisonous ones are cute as long as they are in cages."
Ko grabbed Naoko by the hand and took him down the path and suddenly they were in an area with plenty of small animals. "LOOK! There's the Meerkats!!" His free fingers pointed the direction trying to catch Naoko's attention!

"Ok...so the next tour. Right. Masterpiece storytelling?" Izzy glanced up and smirked because he had to wonder what sort of storytelling Narcissus was going to do once he built the tour parts together. He knew that Akihiko had to bring something stunning to the concert halls. Because Izzy knew that Shou's tour would be utterly breathtaking.
Izzy glanced up from the table with a paper in hand and a pen in the other as the man walked with Akihiko. Fortunately the room had been cleared of the other pizza. Izzy looked like he was interrupted in the midst of some sort of important work. At least, he tried to give that impression.
He didn't say much as he watched the exchange. Marking off something on the paper then setting it down to move the glasses up on his nose a bit further. Of course, he was a little surprised when Akihiko handed him the cover to sign. "Alright...Mmm....let's see." He scribbled in English and then smiled as he handed it back to the man. "Yep...it's me. Who else would be working here this late at night trying with Narcissus-san." He laughed, then tapped the papers. "Organizing the next tour is a lot of late nights..."
"The next tour! I can't wait to see it." the man said before Izzy slowly got up out of the chair and walked over closer to Narcissus. "I suppose it's ok. But...maybe Narcissus-san should hold the camera in front of all of us to take the picture. He's the tallest."
"Sure" said the pizza man as he fumbled for the camera and handed it over to the star.
Meanwhile, Tora had made his way into the room and started mewing at Izzy's feet. "Oh goodness." he reached down and picked up his tubby kitten and nuzzled him while Akihiko fiddled with the camera.

Akihiko took the offered camera and smirked at the delivery man. "Well, the tour won't be ready for a while. Sorry for the wait. I just want to make this one blow my others off the charts." he said, holding out the camera. "Okay 1... 2... 3..."
Narcissus took a couple of pictures for the delivery man then handed the camera back. "Ra is camera shy it seems..." he pondered, glancing over to see Ra peeking over the edge of the sofa, just staring. "Anyway," Akihiko continued, focusing again on the pizza man. "Thank you for delivering." he spoke, showing the man to the door.
With a bow, the pizza man left and Akihiko closed the door, looking over to Izzy. "How long do you think before that's on the internet, ne?"
"Maybe he caught a cold like me?" Naoko offered, not going to write Katsumi off just yet. "I don't think I could've sang if my life depended on it yesterday." the blond laughed as he was being led over to the meerkats by Ko.
"Awww... they're so tiny. They're like little people... oh which reminds me, Shoji. I got a text from Takagi yesterday. I can only assume he got my number through Ishi but he said he has my poodle... but I'm not sure how you'd feel about a poodle in your house..."

Shou didn't bother to respond to the thoughts about a cold. Instead he took a picture of the Meerkats and watched as Naoko talked about how cute they were. "Yes, they are kind of like little people. Awh...adorable."
"I wish we could feed the animals!"said Ko as he leaned against the rails and watched the Meerkats play in the cage.
"Oh...well later you can go into the petting zoo. They've a small one here it seems."answered Shou as he took a picture of other places in the park wondering if Kai had ever been to the Zoo before. So many animals. It actually was inspiring. That is until Naoko mentioned something that brought Shou back to reality.
"A...what? Poodle? Wait...you want to bring a poodle to my house. Umm...mm...ah...is it house broken. What does it do when you're out of the house?" Does it chew on furniture...and poo everywhere? Shou liked his house tidy and he wasn't sure if a dog was going to be a good idea in his home.
Ko glanced up and got all wide eyed, "You have a puppy?! I want to see it!! What's it's name??"

Izzy smiled for the camera while holding Tora close to his chest. The kitten was lazy and even allowed the pizza man to pet him. "He really does like people." commented the pizza man as he took the camera back from Akihiko.
"Ah...he does....Yes, thank you for delivering this late. We really appreciate it." Izzy waved as the man was let out and then he put Tora on the couch. "It will probably be there within an hour. Long enough for him to drive back to the store and show everyone waiting for him the pictures. The company might even call you for sponsorship if words gets out. That's not a bad thing either.
"We should pull out a computer and watch the twitter. I bet he post the photo to you."

Walking over to one shelf, Akihiko grabbed his tablet that was usually sitting there. He had one in the living room, the bedroom, the gym, and the studio and his laptop tended to stay in the studio itself making it very convenient because that meant the man didn't have to remember where he left something last.
Sitting on the sofa once more, Narcissus grabbed his salad then curled his legs under him sitting cross-legged. The salad was in his lap and the tablet was being directed to his twitter feed. He set it between himself and Izzy.
"There. Now we can see how long it takes him to start posting it. I wouldn't mind doing a promotion for Pizza Hut... their salads are good and to be honest, pizza isn't that bad for you as long as it isn't too greasy. I think we'll get some good press out of this." the musician spoke with a pleased smile before opening the pizza box on the table to let Izzy at the goodies if he wants some.
But the man leveled two kittens with a glare. "No pizza for either of you or I'm locking you in the bedroom."
Ra looked up at them indignantly from where he sat on the sofa, but decided to curl up next to Narcissus' hip and sleep with a tiny kitten yawn instead.
Naoko was somewhat distracted by the meerkats but then he looked to Ko and smiled, "Yes. Her name is Yumi." but then his amber gaze focused in on Shou.
This was who he'd need to convince.
"She's house trained yes and when we're gone she knows how to go in a liter box like a cat. If we put a small doggie door into the back door though, you won't need the liter box because she'll just go out there. AND she doesn't shed as long as I get her hair cut every other month or so." the blond's smile was quite happy. "She has lots of toys and likes to chew on rawhide bones but I've never had her chew up anything she wasn't supposed to before."

"YUMI!! I can't wait to see her! Can we have her at the house Uncle... Sh...un..Shoji!? Ko bounced over to Shou and tugged on his shirt to get the man to look down at him. Shou pressed his lips together and tried not to be taken in by the small boy. It was difficult though. He glanced up at Naoko and trying to take in everything that the young man said.
Shou grumbled a little under his breath. He wasn't so keen on the idea of a dog in his home. Shou never had pets in the house except for Ko's mouse and that was kept inside a Habitrail safe from causing harm to his things. "Mmmhnnn..." A slow huff came from his lips not quite convinced. "Ok...you can bring her to my house on a trial run. You've your own apartment so if it doesn't work out you can always take her to your home." He wasn't completely unreasonable, he just didn't want to be cleaning up after the dog, "She's your responsibility though....I don't want her in places she shouldn't be."
"I'll help take care of her!" Ko squealed with joy and gave Naoko a thumbs up. The boy probably did help get Shou's Ok to an extent.
"But...you'll need to figure out what to do with her when you're out of town. Ko's mouse is going to stay at a boarding house for pets." pointed out Shou, because there was no way that he wanted to come back and find the mouse dead by leaving it with a friend. All of his friends were busy and Yuuji didn't seem to have time for his son...he'd not have time for a mouse.
Shou pulled out his phone feeling a buzz. He glanced at the tweets and notice that there was a photo of Izzy and Narcissus and...a pizza man. It was an image from last night. He sighed a little as he looked at Izzy Izzy seemed happy. They seemed happy. Shou...still felt a little disappointed. But he took a moment and tweeted on Narcissus' twitter.
Seems like I should order a pizza one night if they deliver that late.

Izzy took the tablet and smirked then pulled up Akihiko's twitter. "Oh, look.You've a ton of tweets from people responding to a recent tweet you posted about Pizza. They want a picture of the pizza" He stood up and walked over to the bar then opened one of the pizza boxes. He took a quick picture of the pizza before snagging a cheesy bread stick plus sauce.
"There...now you can send the photo to your feed. Oh...look someone already share a picture of their pizza from tonight." He walked back over and showed Akihiko the image. "Well, I'm sure after tonight you'll hear something from them. Yes, well I suppose pizza is good for you in moderation. But I like my pizza with more than just sausage. Mm...." He dipped the bread stick in the sauce and then sat down placing the ipad in front of him.

Narcissus sent the tweet of the pizza... then took a picture of the salad in his lap. Even his bare feet were in the picture, as well as the hand that held the fork. He tweeted that too... but not before snapping a picture of Izzy with a bread stick in his mouth... and tweeting that as well.
There. My entire menu. Lucky-san and I are working out the details for my next tour.
Sighing, Akihiko took a few more bites of the salad. Luckily his stomach wasn't yelling at him any more. "'Tsk. What's wrong with just sausage? Lots of protein. Besides, I'm eating my vegetables... just in raw form." he teased with a wink.
Naoko put an arm around Shou's shoulders, "I promise she won't do anything bad... except maybe run around a lot. I'll feed her in the kitchen and when we're on 'vacation' then I'll make sure she stays at a nice pet boarding house." the blond swore with a smile. "Just... make sure you keep your bedroom door closed or else she MIGHT kind of um... wake you up with a lot of kisses."
In a way, the pianist was a bit apprehensive getting the puppy back... but Ryuukaze was on tour and really this shouldn't have fallen to Takagi. Hell how the man had ended up the dog in the first place was a mystery... but he had... and now Naoko really wanted the sweet thing back.
Looking over Shou's shoulder, the younger Oumori brother saw the picture. "Ah... I'm kind of surprised someone like him let a pizza man in the door..."

Shou looked up his eyebrow arched, "Ok...you promised." Taking it seriously because Shou was finicky about his space. Sai probably wouldn't have been so picky. "Mm...I can give you the number to the boarding house that H....my assistant found. They should take small dogs."
Although Shou's nose wrinkled at the thought of being licked all over by a dog in the morning. It wasn't that he didn't like animals but he didn't want them on his bed or in his personal spaces. "I'll keep that in mind."
Meanwhile, Kou started dragging both men by the hand to the next area to see more of the animals. He wasn't paying too much attention to the men now that Shou said Ok to the dog.
"True...god knows why. He's really not that type. Nor is he the type to talk to the 'people' on twitter. I'm surprised." Truly he was surprised. Shou tweeted regularly and his fans eagerly awaited for his words to show up on the web. However, Narcissus didn't care for his fans and Shou knew that. So why was he tweeting all of a sudden. Then Shou figured it out, "He's just trying to get good...press." The last words were in a lowered voice so Naoko would just barely here.
Shou pocketed the phone and stared out at the zoo, "So....look! There are Elephants over there! Let's go see those!" Kou turned a little and they walked across the path to the larger area where the giant mammals were blowing sand over their backs. "Wow...they really are big. What do you think Ko? If we go to India one day I bet we could ride one."
Ko blinked and looked up at the large elephants. "Wow!!! They are huge. Look at the big ears. And that one has smaller ears in the other area. Why is that?"

Izzy watched as the tweets started rolling as soon as the images were posted. Everyone wanting pizza but the restaurant was closed. Even the salad was greeted with others showing off images of what they had for dinner earlier. And people commenting about Akihiko's cute feet. "Gee...you've got everyone talking now. Soon your feet will be everywhere."
Then, he saw posts about his picture and the breadstick between his lips. So many people wanting to BE that breadstick right now that Izzy blushed. "Oh gee...come on...It's just a bread stick. OK it has cheese and that makes it a special bread stick but still!"
"I just like veggie toppings with my meat. But... the sausage does smell good. Izzy's sniffed and finished the cheesy stick before going to grab a plate and snag a slice. "Ok....so...now what. We just gave good press and everyone is talking about you now....so what do you want to do for the rest of the night?

"Is there anything wrong with wanting good press?" Naoko asked seriously as they were drug along by Ko's little eager hands. "I mean, he's gotten a lot of bad press lately... then again, I never thought he'd copy you and use twitter to get it. Man seems like a social media nightmare really."
The blond just didn't understand Narcissus... and honestly a part of him didn't want to. The man was a genius, no doubt about that, but he was rude and self centered and overly obnoxious... unless he wanted something... then he could be as charming as the damn devil himself.
He'd been nice to Naoko while they practiced for the charity benefit... but he'd also been rude as hell after the blond had worked so hard on his present for both him and Izzy Lucky.
"Least Lucky-san can appreciate a gift..." the pianist whispered in annoyance before Shou distracted them all with the elephants.
"Sugoi na..." Naoko spoke, feeling a bit dwarfed. "Seriously I'm not a fan of animals larger than me... but they do have cute eyes."
"Yeah well just hope they don't start thinking that bread stick is something else." Akihiko spoke with a wicked grin as he hid that smirk behind a bite of salad that popped into his mouth a moment later. "And my feet are NOT cute! They're just feet for crying out loud!"
Licking some dressing off his fork, Narcissus shrugged. "Well I don't exactly feel like giving you your special surprise now... not with my cousin and best friend in the other room making love like horny bunnies." the musician spoke as he speared more salad.
Damn he was starving...
"I think my stomach is finally back to it's normal size, thank god... I remember a few weeks after I got the second operation and Michi-kun ordered me this giant hamburger... then kept piling ribs on my plate too and there were jalapeno poppers and... I mean I ate like half a burger and by then I was stuffed! It's nice to be able to eat again." he said, savoring the flavor before spearing more salad and holding it out to Izzy. "Eat your veggies." the young tiger teased. "As for what to do... well we could just keep watching the twitter. It's nice... just hanging out like this, ne? Peaceful... and in a way I... well I really like that. Before you, I would've just been sitting here with a tablet on my lap and a pen in my other hand, working on lyrics."

"No..nothing wrong with it I suppose. It's just when I tweet..mm...I do think about my followers. I doubt the same motivations are in his head." commented Shou as he watched where they were walking. "Iz...was brought up better I think. He knows how to give and receive with grace." Shou tried not to scowl about the man that 'tried' to be his rival. But Narcissus really annoyed him quite a bit. Thoughtless man. Definitely thoughtless.
"Mm...hah...the reason is here, Ko. It says these are African elephants and those over there are Indian. That's why the ears are different." Shou took pictures of both types so Ko would have the reference later. "The animals are amazing here." The elephants cleared Shou's head of that annoying rival and put him back into focus on...family? Mm...yes, this is closest to what Shou could call family.
"So if we go to the right we will see the bears, apes, cats and big birds. Lets go that way first. The other direction is all sorts of other animals, food and the paddle boats. I think we should do the paddle boats last Because its close to the food....we can get something there at the end of our adventure." he winked as he pointed toward the new path they were taking.
Shou was actually having a good time. No one was asking him questions nor even concerning themselves with him. It was like he was just a nobody. And that was strange but in a way refreshing.

"If that gets photoshopped I will... just...die." Izzy bit his bottom lip but then decided that the pizza would get cold if he didn't start eating. "Yes, they are according to your fans. And I think they are cute too...so there." Izzy grinned as Akihiko licked his fork. "Now that's the shot you should have put on you feed."
Then Izzy laughed, "It's about time. I was worried you'd be living off of protein pills and lettuce at the rate you were going." But then as Akihiko pushed the fork covered with lettuce and dressing, he leaned forward and licked around the edge of the veggies before sucking them in." Yes, he was teasing his partner but the man deserved it sometimes. "So what is my special surprise? Is it really something that can wait until another night?"
He leaned back and looked at the twitter feed with amusement. "Look at all those new followers. You got 23 in 5 minutes. Maybe you should order pizza more often." Izzy leaned his head on Akihiko's shoulder, "It is nice just hanging out...you...me....our kids."
Tora wandered by with a piece of pepperoni in his mouth. He had found it on the floor by the bar and had secured the feast! He was a mighty pudgy hunter!

Akihiko speared more salad. "Take a video and I'll do it again. We can post it as a vine. I'm sure someone will love it..." Narcissus spoke, waiting for Izzy to do as asked.
The young tiger ate the salad then licked the fork, careful not to say anything... except Ra 'mewed' at the end of the video.
That would create a buzz... kitten mewing while Narcissus licks stuff...
In truth, Akihiko didn't mind showing photos and videos of himself, just as long as none of it could come back and bite him in the a**. He had to separate himself from Izzy of course... only referring to him in friendly terms or as a manager. Most of his fan base would realize they were living together sooner or later and he would easily spin it off to the fact that Izzy had a budding career and Akihiko had his own private studio. It made work easier... saved time with commutes since Izzy was still his manager... and helped save gas and all that other 'green' stuff.
But it wasn't odd for a musician to live with his band mates, especially if they were good friends... so why would it be odd for a manager and a star to live together too? Especially given the spacious living quarters that was Akihiko's home.
After the video was sent, Narcissus reached out and pulled Izzy against him, kissing the man's lips softly in between both of them eating. "Licking my fork like that... naughty Ruki..." he teased, placing another gentle kiss to his partner's lips. "And my special surprise was to seduce you slowly all night long... but obviously I'd rather not do that with our guests in the house." the young Koyasu smiled softly, this time kissing Izzy's temple gently before taking another bite of food. "Our kids, ne?"
Akihiko's voice trailed off and he seemed lost in thought for a good while... which he was. Kids... The musician had grown up knowing he would get married, have some kids, and the family name would go on. But... that couldn't exactly happen with Izzy... and while they could adopt... the child still wouldn't be Koyasu blood.
One day, when things calmed down, after they had weathered the storm that was soon to be Smash...
"One day... I'd like to have a son, I think." Akihiko whispered, glad to have Izzy's head on his shoulder. "He'd be our son, Ruki. I know Takiko wouldn't mind carrying our child if we asked... least I don't think she would... and of course she'd be well compensated for it. The boy would have our combined DNA... and through genetics we could even make sure it was a boy." Narcissus smiled softly, blue eyes closing as he thought about that.
A day far in the future no doubt...
"I'd like to name him Koyasu Kagetora..." there was a twinkle of mischief in his eyes as he glanced to Izzy. "He'd be able to unite Ohayou and MeKA one day, you know. Our two empires... becoming one... and between the both of us, I'm sure he'd have the voice of an angel."
But then Narcissus sighed softly, "I really shouldn't worry about these things, ne? I'm as bad as ojisan it seems... But... you're more important to me than the continuation of the family line so if you didn't want to do it, I would understand. I just... I really do like kids, you know? I never even knew I did until Ko-kun was around. I mean yeah I get on with Takiko's kids really well but..." he shrugged slightly. "They bring out the more playful and less sensual side of me... and I like that."
Naoko was reading the same plaque of information that Shou was. "Sou ka... that explains it. Ne, Ko-kun, did you know that scientists are using elephants to try and clone a prehistoric Wooly Mammoth?" the blond spoke, remembering seeing that on the news one day. "Wouldn't that be awesome? An entirely new species that disappeared ages ago... alive again. Though I do hope they'd make more than one... it might get lonely."
Of course Shou's words about Narcissus didn't just go in one ear and out the other. While Ko was distracted with the various animals they saw as they headed toward the bears next, the pianist took his moment to voice his opinion.
"Yeah, Ishi does know how to be graceful about things. I'm not one to say good press is a bad motivation but... he really should care about the people who love him, you know? Even if it's just surface love... they care. If he gets hurt, they cry too, you know. But I don't think he realizes it..." Naoko sighed softly as he thought on the issue. "I don't even think he realizes that we care, to be honest. I mean, I do. He just pissed me off... Acting like I'm just there to placate him. 'Tsk." he shook his head in annoyance. "And I thought I had trust issues."
But then Naoko spun around and started walking backwards, though he did switch the hand that was holding Ko's own hand at this point. "Ne, I've got an idea. There's a juice snow cone stand over near the big birds. Let's get one. I know it's not hot out but... something sweet sounds really good right now. I wouldn't mind having some plum shaved ice since it's such a nice day out."

"Ooh...I want to see a Wooly Mammoth one day! That would be so cool!" the small boy clapped his hands as he spoke, wondering when that would happen. "It would be awesome!"
"What Iz...mm...what he sees in him I don't know. But....as for the 'people', I can't change him, or how he treats others. I'm just going to make sure I'm not a victim anymore of his constant mistakes." Shou's words were firm at least on those points. Narcissus surely had been less than considerate and there was no reason for Shou to be the same towards him. If the situations were reversed, Shou was certain that Narcissus would have thrown a bigger fit than than his own. Shou had been generous for Izzy's sake but even his best friend's warm heart couldn't compensate for his partner's poor character.
Ko glanced up after trying to read the plaque some too, "Ok! I'll try some but I might want something hot too."
Shou smiled an patted Ko's head, "Don't worry, you can have some hot food too. I think I'll try some of those fresh hot Panda Castella! filled with fresh warm red bean paste." It was a treat at the zoo. Small cakes shaped like pandas filled with sweet bean paste.
The young boy squeaked, "I want some of those too. And I want to take some to Katsumi-niisan!"
Shou shook his head but he didn't say no...."Alright we can get a few goodies for him while were here. Goodness. You're really appealing to someone's sweet tooth." Yes, Shou could tell that Katsumi had a sweet tooth and in that it reminded him of Izzy's sweets, cheese and fast food tooth. Katsumi was a handsome man and that kiss sure had caught his attention. Ok two kisses. He doubted Katsumi's kiss was related to Ishihara's actions later. The men certainly hadn't conspired together. His fingers pressed to his lips once remembering those softer lips and trying not to remember Ishihara's. It was frustrating!
The star let Naoko and Ko lead him on from animal to animal. And many photographs were taken as they went along. It really was becoming a fun day as the sun started to warm up the zoo finally and brighten up everything around. The bears, cats and big birds all seems to be in the same general area and the shaved ice stand not to far from that just as Naoko had said.
Shou eyes drifted up to the large eagle within the cage and he seemed totally fascinated by the bird. He took several photos of all the birds around. This seemed to be his favorite part of the zoo.

"Alright...." chuckled Izzy as he took turned on the video and did another take. Yeah Izzy knew right then that the fans would love the clip and the small kitten mew at the end.
"I'm not naughty." Izzy huffed but he was obviously teasing and blushed when his lips were kissed. "Oh? So I missed out on that because of our guest. Drat!" His eyes closed as his temple was kissed. "Yes, our kids."
Izzy yawned and took another bite of his pizza slice thinking soon he'd go to bed. But his eyes flicked open as Akihiko's conversation shifted to something he had not expected. "Koyasu Kagetora? So...why that name? Mmm....Give it a few years Akihiko. I don't think I'm ready to start planning out a family line when we're still trying to get Ohayou back on it's feet...and your career. Besides, both of us are pretty busy, be hard to raise a child I think. Although Shou seems to be doing alright with it. But Hideo isn't a baby either. I can't see Shou changing diapers. Ugh...nor myself for that matter...at least right now...maybe in the future. I'm not saying no, just want to be in a better place with everything else before thinking about something like that."

"I've changed diapers before." Akihiko replied as if it made sense. "I mean, it was a long time ago, but it's not as bad as you think. But... you're right Ruki." the musician smiled softly, though perhaps a bit sadly.
Yes they would have to wait for quite some time... he'd be twenty-eight soon... probably closer to twenty-nine when SMASH struck at them hard next year. He didn't want to wait forever though... ten years at the most and that was pushing it... especially if Takiko was going to be the birth mother. She'd be nearing forty if they waited that long... was that too old for kids?
"Because I'm a hopeless romantic... or maybe I just long for days we've never known. I think Kagetora is a fitting name for a young tiger though... don't you?"
Sighing softly, Akihiko put his empty salad bowl aside and took up a piece of pizza. "I'm meeting your father for lunch tomorrow. For business of course. Wish me luck... ne?"

"Hopeless romantic. I suppose so. Yes, it's a fitting name. You should save it for the future." Izzy didn't continue on with the subject of a child. He knew that Akihiko was always thinking about family and the need to have them around. But Izzy felt that they, just the two of them plus the cats were family for now. Seemed like Akihiko had already made 'plans' in his head and Izzy would just have to let those things wait on the back burner. He wasn't ready to contemplate kids or even remotely wanted to raise any right now.
"Ah....yes...Of course I wish you luck. But I think you should be fine as long as you don't bring me up. Just stick to business. Ok?" said Izzy as he finished his pizza slice then pondered the idea of one more bread stick and avoiding thinking about Akihiko's meeting tomorrow too deeply. He wasn't as hungry as Akihiko because he had the pizza earlier. Izzy yawned again and then ran his fingers in his hair. "I think I want to get some sleep soon after your done with your pizza." He leaned back on the couch and decided he'd have another cheese stick...tomorrow. Maybe when Akihiko was away at his meeting he'd worry about what was going on but tonight he wasn't going to let it get to him.

"You could go ahead and get some sleep, Ruki." Akihiko replied with a happy smile. "Honestly, you needn't keep me company if you're tired. I'm a big boy." he added with a wink, taking another bite of his pizza.
It was delicious... exactly what he wanted...
"Go on, Ruki. I'll be down in a few minutes after I finish this slice and put things away, ne?"
