Amy nodded. "That's good! I've been, well...."
She laughed softly and tucked a strand of hair behind one of her ears. "I felt quite odd this morning... I must have just been tired."
She shrugged and then looked brightly at Mitri. "You'll get to stay here until the end of the month?! That's awesome, Mitri! I hope I see you at Aqua Springs quite often, then."
Thistle flicked her tail happily and then wrapped it around one of Mitri's arms, which was holding her. "Hi, you!"
She nuzzled against his neck.

Amy continued to smile at Mitri. "That is awesome to hear. I'm sure Karrie is really happy about it, too. It's great that he has family to spend time with now."
She turned to Kits and shrugged again. "It's... hard to explain. I just felt differently. I liked the color black, I was really sensitive to light, and I my entire clothing was different. I don't think I even looked like myself. And then, I went to MW at 5 this morning and made myself a Sex on the Beach! I love that drink, but not at 5 in the morning! Usually I'm sleeping."
Thistle squeaked happily at Mitri as he cuddled her. She bumped her head up just lightly, affectionately, against his chin.
"You! You, you, you, you!"
She flapped her wings happily.

Thistle squeaked happily when she heard what Mitri said and tried to cuddle even closer to him, which was barely possibly. She just looked like she was squirming.
She leaned her head up and started lightly licking at the bottom of Mitri's chin again.
Amy laughed as she heard Mitri's quick reply and saw Thistle's reaction to it. "I think she likes that idea. You know, Mitri, if you want, you can have her all night tonight. I did say you could watch her some night if you wanted to. How does that sound?"
She reached her arms over her head and stretched as she looked at Kits. "He probably wants to work on paperwork again and he knows that I don't like to have Thistle over there where she'd get bored."

Thistle's squeak was slightly muffled by Mitri's hand, but then she simply started licking his hand. She also fluttered her wings again, causing Mitri's hair to blow back slightly.
Amy smiled at Mitri brightly. "You would? Awesome! If you need some food to feed her with, you can go to Aqua Springs to get some for free. Just show them Thistle and they'll give it to you for free."
She looked at Kits and shrugged. "That would be my assumption, anyway."

(( I have this cat on the table between me and the keyboard! At first he was rubbing up against me, demanding my attention. But now he's laying over my left arm and keeps swishing his tail against my right arm, making it difficult for me to keyboard! blaugh ))

(( He only stays on the table for a few minutes, just long enough to get his dose of needed attention. Then he hops down to sleep on the floor, just out of range of my feet (where he is at now), or he'll curl up on the chair next to me. This cat tends to follow me around the house too, similar to the actions of a dog! xd ))
