3.14 Peppermint Elf xd ninja When it's just us on Thanksgiving, we put the food on the stove, stick a spoon in it, then eat on the couch in front of the TV. My extended family (on my dad's side) are a bunch of jerks. "Blah blah! Have you gone to church yet?" "Blah blah! You still weird?" "blah blah! you're house isn't as good as ours!" "blah blah! Why do you have so many cats!" We're like, the black sheep of the family. rolleyes Well... my family's already pretty well.... let's just put it this way. My aunt seems to collect children instead of cats (she's raising her son's 2 sons, her deceased brother's 2 children, and her own children keep popping by to ask her to babysit more). My parents should consider themselves lucky. Neither my brother nor I have kids.

Pi got the kaseifu fuku! gonk Everyone has it now... I want it so bad. I think it's ironic how I was just finishing my maid picture right when it came out. Now it won't seem like a cool idea anymore.
Anyway, I did finish the picture finally. Now all I have to do are two more CG pieces, banners, and a dozen manga pages and update my website and I can have an art auction. Then I can have more art to do. Plus the requests from the FE guild.

3.14 Phoenix315 It's harder...then again, if I don't wear pants... blaugh That reminds me of a convo. I had with my Mom earlier. Mom: We might have Thanksgiving at out house this year. Me: WHAT? No way! Mom: Well, your Dad wants to.. Me: I'm not putting on pants. Mom: Well, if you're not wearing pants, I'm not wearing a Bra. Me: DEAL! I don't like my extended family very much. I like when it is just my family...we always try to make our Thanksgiving ghetto as possible. IE- We used newspaper for placemats one year, and drank out of old jars. Then, we sat up chairs for the cats. surprised

Well, today I'm gonna be participating in one of the greatest Warhammer 40K battles ever. The type of battle is called a MEGA-BATTLE, and everyone brings 500 points (a small force) and about 10-18 of these forces get put on a large table made of several tables put together. Usually they're battle royales, but this time the forces have landed on a Necron tombworld (the Necron used to be a frail race who cut a deal with a nearly godlike race called the C'Tan for perfect physical bodies in exchange for one generation of servitude. The problem with the deal is that it means their souls were put into these robotic bodies and used to kill entire other races so the C'Tan could feed on their souls. They're basically robotic undead.).
So, we're basically assaulting a whole world full of T-800 zombies out for our souls...
But, since most people are building their lists to give them large numbers of troops, I'm going light on troops and heavy on heavy support elements. Already several players have voiced their support for this and pledged a squad or two to keep near my forces to protect them from direct assaults (my Tau suck in close combat).
If anyone's familiar with the Tau, I'm fielding two units of 6 Fire Warriors; a force commander in a Crisis Suit with Shield Generator, Plasma Rifle, Missile Pod, and Multitracker; a Broadside with Multitracker and twinlinked plasma rifles; and a Hammerhead tank with Railgun, Burst Cannons, and several of the fixins.
