I'm not exactly in Tampa... we passed through when we visited my Uncle in Hawthorne. Busch Gardens was AMAZING.... really.... I have so many awesome pictures that are going up on Facebook soon (and if anyone wishes to friend me on Facebook, just let me know.).
I'm staying in North Port, which is near Venice Beach smile
Im trying to convince my mother to drive to Orlando, because there's a store there that they don't have in too many other places... but we'll see what she wants to do. Besides, I've been nothing but an angel on this trip... biggrin
Let's see... what else... I cant wait to get DC on my psp. That's going to make me so happy to take RE on the go! smile
Well, I hope everyone enjoys their weekend, and I'll hop on later tonight, maybe wink

Speaking of RE I jsut recently had m prayers asnwered. Last night, that being morning for most of you guys, I went to my grandma and randpa's home, where my cousins live too. They havea an Xbox 360. At first I found it weird, because the nintendo Wii I had been playing previously the last time I came was unplugged. then I looked at the cords and saw that the Xbox 360 was plugged. That meant that my cousin had probably got a new game and tried it. That's when I went to see if there were new 360 game scattered on the table. To my surprise he actualyl bought RE5. So I played it it and went beat that Uro...somethign creature, and I have to say it was really....*pause for dramatic effect.* disappointing so far. I mean seriously the your NPC partner is such an ammo whore. That's why I didn't feel gulty taking the bullets first. I mean seriously it's like she's an ammo detector. If she goes to a box and breaks it there's always a piece of ammo, and handgun ammo at that. If it's a box that has somethign else she doesn't check it out. but I must say the only good part is, that if there's an enemy at a high point, or blind spot since you can't look up automatically she'll start shooting them right away so you know where they are. By the way, any tips on how to kill the dogs and fat dude easier. I use handguns for the dogs and shot un for the fat dude.
Edit: By the way is there anyone else ntering the Demotivational poster contest? I know I should be patient, but so far there's only one, and I would rather know ahead of time.

It's Uroboros. XD And you don't play with the AI. Sheva's good for healing and sniping perfectly only. Oh, and yes, hoarding. The game is best played, at least for me, online without a mic. For one thing, it means you're alone. For another, it means there's no annoying ten-year-old gabbing on and on about how less than heterosexual everything is.
Dogs and Big Man Majini: Shotgun. It sends the dogs to the ground, and with the big man majini it pushes them back just long enough for you to run up, melee, and repeat. Free money!
Also, yeah just wait on the demotivational poster. It's been really busy for me as this is now the last week before summer, so I assume people are doing stuff to start off summer, or it's getting really hectic just before summer. razz

Pelse note that using the shotgun sucks since every time I shoot the b*****d he blocks it with his hands, and even though it does damage...well it doesn't give me enough timme to run up and uppercut the....wait how can Chris uppercut him? He's so fat...oh wait right, chris is on steroids. Also is there any other way to fight the dogs? I don't want to waste shotgun ammo, but then again they do usually hunt in groups...Also it save handgun ammo...,where's their weak spot?

Hah. For me, Sheva almost didn't exist. I set her to cover me... I gave her the AK-74 and the Stun Rod, nothing else. When she's on Cover, she only uses the rod... Unless something's too far away, she'll switch to the projectiles. But the bad thing about cover is she doesn't pick things up for you automatically. So you'll have to do the treasure hunting unless you switch her back to attack mode. o.o I basically used her for extra ammo storage and healing. XD
And Canas is right. Shotgun for both. That's my strategy too. When you shoot him, it only gives you a small amount of time to smack the Big Man... So you basically have to press the barrel of the shotty against his fat head in order to get in a safe shot with your fists. And the dogs? Just point and shoot. Head is a weakness, I guess. Or, if you're really good, you can try the bolt-action rifle... A good shot takes them down quick... But it's kinda risky against the dogs.

I knew there was a reason why Sam Raimi is my favorite director.
Drag Me to Hell kicked a**. Actually, it kicked MY a**. This movie is a f***ing jump fest. It got me 14 times. Which is 14 more times then the last horror movie I went to see did (Fthe13th). What I love about Sam Raimi is, he doesn't allow there to be any building of tension. Because, ya know, he likes to F*** with you many times before the breaking point. Ok, there is tension, but don't not rely on it to help you indicate when there will be a scare, because you wont be expecting most of them. Basterd got me, and I love him for it. I repeat, this movie is a jump fest. If you wish to be scared and kept in a state of fear during AND after the film, watch this flick NOOOW. My only beefs with it (Which are minor because I ******** love this film), is the ending (Which although satisfying, I saw it coming from a mile away) and one scene that was Evil Dead II bizarre. It was goofy fun, but in a mostly straight laced horror movie, it sort of didn't fit. Also, there was enough of the Gypsy puking in the heroine's mouth to qualify this as a two girls one cup sequel ha ha! LOL. And once again Sam's old car made it into the flick.
So, has everyone heard about the new MGS game that was announced? Lightning bolt action...Thoughts?
Lastly, Anyone going to be watching Conan tonight?

AngelaAshford I finally get to play Snatcher! I tried a new ROM today, and I had problems, and it turned out the copy of Snatcher I downloaded had something wrong with it so I downloaded it again on another site and it works! I'm really impressed with the music, and I was very surprised there were voice overs! Why does Gillian sound like Wesker from the original RE? eek Awesome! How far are you? Hurry up and beat it. xd It sucks being the only person I know who's played and beat it. Yeah, the music is awesome, and the voice acting is good. That's not even taking into consideration the fact that it came out 2 years before RE, (and years before the plethora of PS1 games with horrid voice acting). Speaking of which... Wesker? I dunno. Maybe it's because I played Snatcher first, but I didn't get that impression at all.

Well, if it's got your approval, Deadite, then I definitely trust this one. I was gonna go see it anyway, but now I can actually have good expectations about it. Not that I doubted Sam Raimi. People can make fun of Evil Dead all they want, he knows his s**t.
And yeah, I heard about the MGS for 360. But I highly doubt it's gonna beat MGS4. In fact, a side story about Raiden almost seems like it should be called Metal Gear Gaiden. xd Naw, I'm sure it'll be a fine game. Maybe Xbox fanboys are gonna stop being so bitter.
So, despite my better judgement and need of a new computer, I splurged $113 on video games today. Picked up Cross Edge, and Crimson Gem Saga. I briefly dabbled in both, and so far I'm enjoying both of them. Cross Edge really isn't for everyone, but it's different and so far pretty interesting. Though it'll be a while before I go through it, since I actually want to beat the Disgaea games before I play Cross Edge. The reason I bought it now is because I have a feeling it's gonna be one of those games that ends up discontinued quickly, and then people can't find it anywhere. So I don't wanna be in that situation. That, and I'm hoping to get Mana Khemia 2 and maybe by some miracle get my hands on Ar Tonelico too, that way I'll be up to date with most of the characters in Cross Edge. Cause so far, I'm only familiar with the ones from Darkstalkers and from Disgaea. In any case, it seems like a fun game, and if you want a complicated (because you're not a sissy I assume) RPG with a deep battle system and are a fan of any of the 5 franchises that it crosses, you might wanna check it out. Morrigan's chest is bigger than in the Darkstalkers games, if that makes a difference.
As for Crimson Gem Saga, well, so far it seems pretty standard... For an awesome RPG. Turn based battle system like we all love, but not too slow. With on screen enemy encounters (Persona style) as opposed to random encounters. And an overworld (Pokemon style) as opposed to a world map... At least so far. But still, it's got that classic RPG feel that's missing from most RPGs these days. It's way too early to call this a review, more like a first impression. But if you generally like RPGs and own a PSP, you should pick this one up. Atlus brought a good one. Again. This one I'll be playing through immediately.

Alkaizer, chill out! haha, really, don't take it personally that people aren't entering. For youngsters, it's their last week of school and they're busy as hell, and for some of us, we're on vacation wink . Just give it a little more time than usual, and you'll be fine.
I'm on videogame buying ban until I beat the games I need to beat. *COUGH*MGS1-4*COUGH* But it'll be fun.
I'm on my last day of vacation.... D:. Beach today, then cleaning the house, then a whole effing day of travel tomorrow. 3 hour layover in Cincinnati. Kill me now?
But my uncle just ran out to get some coffee, so I'm looking forward to that mega-time.

Fox just entered one, yah! anyways, just last night I played more of the game, and I'll say the plot sucks. I know this isn't the right thread, but barely anyone goes to the RE5 thread so I wanted people to see howmuch I think the game is boring. I mean I played a lot into it, and also even beat up two more bosses, but guess what? Every ******** thing was so damn predictable. It makes me sick. If they can't make it scary at least make the plot unpredictable, but no. I guessed jsut about almost everything that happened from when I hlast played to when I stopped. well not predict in detail, but in general. I'm not going to play that game until much later when I don't have loads of projects due in a few days.
