"well once again it depends on your bloodline and who your sire was the purer your bloodline the more abilities you have i think" he shrugged "i could try to teach you but your powers haven't really manifested yet when you age a little more they should but i do think from your temperament that your skills shall lie more with the mind so it is likely"

"well theres the odd fight or two but its mostly talk around here" he looked back at aria "but i will give you one hint for illusions you have to maintain eye contact to start one but once your good enough you don't have to maintain it"

lance chuckled "well she did point it out to you aria so i think she can see it" he retrieved the orb out of his pocket qnd attempted to change it again

Aria laughed and looked up. "You're right! Maybe I won't be good at that! Maybe I'll be a warrior." She flexed her muscles comically and giggled again. "I dunno..."

lance put his hand on her shoulder "you're not the only one who does not know there sire aria" he sighed " i was turned and have no memory of that night and i at least know it wasn't a purebred but other than that i have no clues"

His kind words made her cringe. "No, that's not entirely true... I know him. But the name he gave me wasn't real... and I'm not sure if he could even be called my sire. Someone before him started the process, and he made my choice for me and well...now you see what he did." She smiled anxiously

Voro had seen Edward and was glad to see him. He went over to him to pick him up. "Im stealing you." He said in a playful tone. and hugged him. He then appeared in front of Edward and the man holding Edward. "Hey!what are you doing with him, put him down."
"Huh?"
The Voro began to say something, but couldnt.
"Quiet." He looked at Edward. to see his reaction as the figure began to scrath at his throat for his voice.

"Ehmmm..." she struggled to find the words to explain it. There was no point in sugar coating it, they had probably lived through worse. Only her pride kept the truth from flowing freely. "Well my friend at the time was really interested in vampires so... well we sort of snuck into a little meeting of theirs and they let her get away but they kept me and tortured me so that I'd never come back. When they finally let me go one of the vampires attacked me as I was leaving. He nearly drank me dry. I had never seen him before. Anyway he made me drink some of his blood but he was sort of stopped short by the man who 'saved' me. I know him as Jean, at least, was my previous captor. Anyway he gave me the blood that finished the process. Sometimes I can feel him in my mind, but... I can't get into his..." she shrugged. "It's complicated..."

"i don't think they tortured you to not make you come back....to there meeting aria some vampires have a twisted ideal that a painful turning produces ma stronger vampire..." he shuddered "i am alot less complicated as far as i know i was out in a seedy part out town i was bit and after that i have no memories until the next morning"

She shivered slightly, and bit her bottom lip. "It's unfortunate. I wish they would have taken my friend. She wanted to be this... I don't know what made them pick me, or you... or anyone that doesn't choose this. There are people who want this, and get old, and die. I don't understand why those people are never turned..."
