Dive ball - works better for catching Pokemon underwater? Where can we dive and find encounters?

Dive Ball works better on water pokemon in general.
I assume your talking about the Abyssal Ruins, there are no wild Pokemon down there. =P

I think that might be the one that works best on fished pokemon... or is there a lure ball? i know there is one that works especially well on fished pokes.

Took a look on Bulba/Serebii.
Lure is x4 on Fishing Pokemon.
Net is x3 on Water types (and Bug).
And yes, I was wrong, Dive ball is x3.5 while underwater.
EDIT: Dive ball has x3.5 while surfing and fishing as well I read further down.

I was asking, if there was another place other than the ruins where we could dive? In order to use this dive ball? I mean...I could keep using the Netball I guess if I really wanted those water Pokemon. neutral

I have yet to find any dive spots other then the Ruins.
