chianachan heh I'm stretching right now... I'm working up to doig splits. I can easly do the runners stretch, put my hands around my feet/touch my head to my knee but I can't quite do a split... I wish I was that flexible. ._.

Yeah, it takes daily work to get there for sure, then a little less to maintain it. I've gotten stuck in some silly positions xD

chianachan Yeah, it takes daily work to get there for sure, then a little less to maintain it. I've gotten stuck in some silly positions xD Hehe, I wouldn't be surprised to be honest. sweatdrop

This was a long time ago, but I got stuck in a quad stretch. Basically you legs are folded back underneath you and you lean back. I went straight down flat on the floor, no easing into it. when your arms are flat it's hard to get the leverage you need to get back up xD I have super flexible wrists too... I can bend them more on my own (without using my other hand to bend them) then most people can do forcing them to bend xD

how'd you get stuck? That's weird.I know xDDD It was emmbarasing.. I only got stuck for a few seconds but I had a min of "Uh-Oh" How do you touch your foot to your head, standing? My legs aren't my most flexible part xD

Really? Cuz my hips are very flexible.... maybe just not the right parts? 0_o I do the butterfly stretch where you put the bottoms of your feet together, keep your knees on the floor and keep your back straight, and try to touch your chest to the floor.
Crap I gotta get to bed, it's 1:00 and I'm in the kitchen doing stretches, sit ups, push ups and practicing moi martial arts xD and eating ice cream lol
