AuS is carrying a bone, but Xilo has a helmet. Hmmmm.....
I'll go with... Xilo because AuS would hit Xilo in the head, but the attack would be deflected, one episode filler of AuS talking in his mind at how impossible it was for Xilo to deflect his attack, the next episode would show that Xilo hits AuS with a crowbar, and because AuS has no armor, it's like, super effective, and Team Rocket comes to steal Xilo because he has proven that he is the more superior Pokemon. :3
Of course, the ultimately fail because they attempt at capturing Pikachu, and they notice that for almost ten years, they've never been able to catch a break. ;A;
