I kissed a girl today, she's cute. (at school, in front of school cameras XD)

A different girl kissed me on saturday, she's a friend. (I don't know why o_o)

Attraction to females is so strange. Girls are rather stupid.

Ah, and my boyfriend does not mind any of this.

The only part of this that really surprises me is that you called girls stupid. I could see 'emotionally crazed' but I've generally always thought of females as highly intelligent. It is boys who are stupid and bad with emotions, etc. At least, you know, stereotypically.

Which clearly explains why there are far more men in the fields of math and science, right? I mean, women earn 1/3rd of all doctorates in the sciences, occupy 29% of sciences and engineering positions at US educational institutions, and account for 23% of all employed doctoral scientists. Men are clearly the stupid ones.

(Statistics come from an article in Time Magazine, as of March 7th, 2005.)

I wouldn't want too many boys building my bridges. Out of legos, you know.

I said 'boys' for a reason, to distinguish males who don't have complete emotional maturity.

I'll take Captain Sipid to block.

Actually, if you look for sheer intelligence, women actually do hold the upper hand. Given an equal opportunity (and education), women are more likely (and have shown themselves) to be more successful than their male counterparts. Hence why the "smart ones" in schools were more often girls than boys.

I suspect Sipid's data, and our general knowledge of women in advanced fields, sheds more light on institutional gender bias than anything else.

Females are good at pretending to be genuinely intelligent. Going to an all-girls school together is quite revealing of another's true nature.

Boys however tend to not care.

Both sexes are stupid. Humans are stupid.

Girls are just far easier to manipulate because of thier reliance on emotions and attention to detail. Plus, they are more attractive than guys.

My friend calls me a womanizer.

My boyfriend dosen't mind because he knows I love him. He tapped tons of girls before I met him, so he understands.

Welcome to reality. We're out of tacos.

Girls more easy to manipulate? Perhaps if you're a girl, but to guys, forget it.

Boys are by far the simpler of the two sexes. To males, life consists of routines: eat, drink, toilet, eat some more, think about sex, sleep. That's about it. Perhaps randomly a good idea pops in there, and that's where we have ingenuity, but on the large scale of things, men are like dogs. Give us a bone, and we're happy to do anything for you. Anything.

Now, women are more complex. Like you said, women are ruled by emotions, and that alone adds an unknown factor that's impossible to predict. Therefore, while men could give women the same bone that men like, there's only a slight chance that it'll cause the same desired reaction. Therefore, I liken the female to that of a cat: generally if you treat it nice, it'll be kind to you. However, there'll still be those times that you treat it nice, give it milk, go to pick it up and end up with five nice bloody scratch marks for no obvious reason. Hence, women are more difficult to predict, thus women are more difficult to manipulate.

Maybe.

Maybe not. Emotions can be curbed and influenced based on that person. Case and point, girls who are unsure of themselves can be easily led into following or admiring someone. That's fine in itself, but allows the person of thier attention great control over them. All the person has to do is express occassional interest, drawing the girl in further while keeping a mystery (the bone, if you will). She will seek attention and admiration and do things or go along with things for them (like the boy, anything for the bone). So perhaps this isn't accurate of women. I'm talking about girls here. I've been in both places and observed this phenomina.

Simplicity is what you make of it.

Humans are rediculous creatures.

I also have to argue that women are easily manipulated. Many suffer low self-esteem, and this can be used to tremendous advantage for men looking to get laid. Also, if the man in question never raises her self-esteem at all, she'll think he's the best she can do and therefore be emotionally bound to him. It's all very simple to exploit female emotions for the betterment of me.

Yeah, that's very true.

Exactly +1

Or me. Females are easily emotionally bound.

So my daughter's been passing blood since Wednesday, and we've taken her to the ER and doctor's office twice. After switching from breastmilk to formula to gentlease formula to soy formula, it turns out that she's allergic to both cows milk and soy milk (basically everything we've been feeding her). This has caused her colon to become super irritated and bleed, hence the bloody diapers. So, after doing a fecal test for bacteria and a blood test for other issues, it's just a food allergy. Now we're giving her this special formula for babies with this allergy and she's doing better from what we've seen. I guess you never really do know how much it sucks to have your child in pain/hurt until it really happens to you.

On a side note, anyone notice how I didn't make a thread in LI: "OMGWTFBBQ!!!1 MY BABYS SHITTIN BLOOD!!1" Though I do suspect I'd get quite a few comments about it.
