Hello. I'm Ciori.
Irl, there's not too much to tell. I'm a college student and I love good rp, good food, and tennis.
icly, I usually play a character named Ciori. She's an elf with a kenshin complex, kind of. Don't quote me on that though, she's a new char and I'm still fleshing her out.

Grrreeetingss.
As a name, Jack works. Not my real name, but close enough and easy to remember.
I have been role-playing for a while now (I can't say how long or I'll look pathetic). Many genres, many systems, many communities. I'll spare the ego trip and just point out that I don't consider myself "elite" or better than others. I've found creativity and friendliness are the two key factors in any good role-play.
In terms of character, I play anything needed. As the avatar might suggest though (cough) my character's tend to lean towards the controversial sides of human behavior. I prefer to role-play crazy or dark personalities, sticking to the philosophy that good and evil is just a matter of perception. No, I don't powerplay (god moding I think it's called here). I don't view role-playing as a game that you "win or lose" so much as a story everyone helps write.
As for me, I am a college student who likes sociology and psychology type subjects. Uhm... your typical geek figure, with a passion for very very spicy food. So I shall end my intro with some useless hot food facts:
Scoville units are the measurement of hot food
Jalapeno peppers measure about 4,000 Scoville units.
Chile peppers measure about 15,000 Scoville units.
Indian Tezpur peppers measure up to 855,000 Scoville units.
Eating anything that's 2,000,000 Scoville units or hotter leads to permanent nerve damage in human beings.
Peppers get about 10 times hotter when you dry them.

I ain't all that good with spicy food...In fact, salami is almost too spicy for me. I prefer sweet things. *hears stiffled giggles and 'like we didnt know's coming from the peanut gallery*

Well met, Jollyjack. It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Guild. As for your time RPing, don't feel bad. I have been doing so for about 15 years, and am still going on strong. Nerdy or not, I enjoy the intellectual and rp. 3nodding As per your points- I have just recently been reminded that without those points, there is no friendly RP. Nice to hear you say it though.
A versitile player is always good. I like being one myself- tending to play anything I can. Besides, crazy people are fun!!! I also enjoy heartily the moral ambiguity of the 'villian'. True villians never see themselves as evil. Look to the Vampire...Demon...Fallen thread for my most recent attempt as such. As a psychology student, you would make an interesting choice for a villian . . . twisted
