Erik glared back, then to James, then back at Blitz. There was no way he was going to fight Blitz and the guy with the gun.

James didnt put the gun away but he didnt fire. "You are under arrest." He told Blitz. "Come with me and I wont have to shoot you again."

"I'm not under arrest." He stated simply, his eyes locked on Erik. "And it would be best for you if you put that gun away before someone got hurt. I only took the first bullets because I didn't want you hitting Ms. Reubens."

((yeah, sure, I want to keep humans/supers in a general equal level)) RJ glanced around, "You have no call to arrest him, there was a spark caused by an eletrical malfunction with the dance lights. And noone in this room is going to say anything else."

"It came from his hand." James Growled. "It was no electrical Malfunction." He lowered his gun slightly. "I work for the PSO, I can arrest anyone I suspect to be a super. And Civillians will get hurt in the normal course of action."
Erik mumbled something that sounded strangely like "I'd say somethin' different than a malfunction", but he didnt say it aloud to avoid getting blasted again.

Clair had given Blitz a split second signal not to interfere. Then took the bullet in the gut. Always an actress, she started to shake, twitching lightly in what looked to be shock and pain. She fell backwards against the bar and slid down, blood staining the front of her green lacy shirt. "help me...someone." She gasped out in a raspy voice.

RJ gasped, unaware of Clair's powers. "What the hell did you just do?! Are you a Crazy?! Out. Get out now!"
She turned her attention to Clair, "Someone grab a medkit from Snapps, Hurry!."

"You did not just do that......" She debated whether to move towards them or not, she could move fast enough to keep out of bullet range. But if he was serious with his threat, and killed Clair....
