Psyker* And no, the Warp is one of the things which Necrons cannot deal with, that is why the Old Ones made all these psychically charged races, to deal with the Necron threat. In the War In Heaven, the C'tan had total control of the universe, and could make and unmake star systems at the flick of a wrist, But one thing they could not control was the Warp, which the Old Ones exploited.

think they'll get any defence against it ... besides a single shot str 9 ap 2 heavy cannon at the enemy psyker like a hood or some sort of disruption pod that gives organic matter splitting headaches??

Don't they already have Pariahs for the whole 'Anti-Psyker warfare' bit, even if no-one ever uses them.

what do they do again, its been a while and i dont have my codex (i think my house ate it stressed ) like i remember they make everything within like said diameter ld7 no matter what, and they make you take a ld test to charge (i could have made that last tone up biggrin )

yep pariahs reduce ld to 7 in some radius, which hurts psykers rather badly given they need to pass ld test to cast their powers...

I was thinking about it a bit, pondering on the C'tan despising psykers and such...
What if there was a new Lord variant that was a kind of bizarro-psyker? Instead of using psychic powers, they reverse their powers and cause explosions at range / blow heads up.

New Gold or Platinum level lords will most likely benefit from specialized wargear and superior stats to that of the current silver level lords. The C'Tan will be removed from what I keep hearing.
