*touches ankle again, it's sore, but the bone is not out of place. It was a very clean break and will not need to be re-set.*
No, thank you. Just gonna take a couple days to recover.
*places the sword in a hidden area at the back of the cavern.* Guess we won't be using that for a little while.
You were really amazing though! I never would've been able to get out of that hole, much less survive a mountain of dwarves!

redface thanks.. its all about strategy and being properly prepared. you were amazing too without you we wouldnt have found the hole, and i wouldve gone following those dwarves right into whatever trap they had laid for us if you hadnt warned me

MstSrgt redface thanks.. its all about strategy and being properly prepared. you were amazing too without you we wouldnt have found the hole, and i wouldve gone following those dwarves right into whatever trap they had laid for us if you hadnt warned me Super! I'm great at getting us into trouble and then being wise enough not to get into worse trouble! *sighs and is suddenly very sleepy.* You should hunt. *yawns very widely, fangs showing neatly.* I don't think you've eaten in a while right? Not that I'm trying to get rid of you but... *she settles into a little ball of fur and falls into a light sleep.* ((been a very interesting day. I just hope we can fit the sword into Kage's plot idea to break the archangels shield. Thanks for helping me find it, it was a total blast. I'm gonna close out of this clan now, but I'll look forward to coming back to it Monday. Have a great weekend!! Thanks again!!!))

*shaking himself from his slumber his blue eyes slowly open to another new night. Doing his usual stretches his stomach rumbles, urgently wanting to be filled.* hmmm, what shall is be tonight ?

*finshed with his stretching he sits down and begins to seriously ponder what to have for breakfast.* well let me think...deer are too small for me now, there arent any hellcats around, caribou?....nah, buffalo it is then *satisfied with his answer he begins to lope towards where the buffalo herd rests.*

*Not in any hurry despite his stomach's protests, he takes his time getting to the herd, his mind on the sword they recently acquired. Soon enough though the herd comes into view, and he hunkers down in wolf form to pick one out that suits his fancy.*

*Ces is slow and groggy to awaken, but she shakes off sleep and exits her den. She goes to the river and drinks deeply, then, hearing the buffalo heard, runs off to investigate it. She sees Fenris, having fun chasing his meal, and decides to watch rather than join in for a while. She's very impressed with his strength and speed, and is content with the knowledge that he's around.*

*finally deciding or a rather large looking cow on the outside of the herd he slowly creeps over, while still crouching into striking distance. Silently he leaps ontop of the beast snapping its neck, and killing it instantly. quickly and quietly he drags the beast into the darkness of the forest, while the rest of the herd continues to sleep unaware that death had just passed its shadow by them.*

*watched the mercy with which Fenris killed the buffalo so quickly, relieved that he wasn't one of those wolves she'd met recently who was all about showing off their bloody kill. With a sigh, Ces lay down in the thick sweet smelling grass and rested her still slightly sore ankle.*

*he quickly eats his kill, starting with his favorite parts and then finishing the rest, within minutes the entire buffalo is gone except for scraps left on the parts of the skeleton he didnt care to eat. all that remains of the mighty beast is its spine and several half broken ribs with bits of meat left on them. Picking up the carcass he brings it to the edge of the heyena's territory, then makes his way to the lake to wash his coat clean of today's kill.*
