Kale advanced cautiously on the Ronin Warriors. He drew his sword out, inward reminiscing about the past, when he had looked forward to fighting with the Ronins. Now, the battle before him was one he knew he didn't have to participate in, but one that he couldn't avoid all the same.
"Stop jabbering," Kale said. "You shouldn't let your guard down with a warlord right in front of you."

Lena grinned, fading into the shadows behind Kale with a content motion, "This will be an interesting battle..."
Meanwhile, Rowen, Cye, Kento and Sage all whirled about to look at Kale, surprised.
"Oh, this isn't good, mates," Cye said.
"Kale? What's going on here?" Kento asked.
Sage frowned, ready for a fight, "Don't let your guard down...he's here to fight, aren't you Kale?"
Rowen nodded, raising his fists, his under armor back in place.

Kanita turned and looked at the man. "Or it could be something else." She stated with a grin. Unlike the Ronins, Kanita could summon her armor in an instant. It was something that she had to learn on doing, for there maybe times on when she could not summon by calling it.
"I will fight him." She stated as she walked forward. "Besides, I want to see on what he could actually do."

Kale grinned in spite of himself. He knew that he should leave, but he liked the idea of fighting someone who thought themselves strong enough to take on a warlord. "All right," Kale replied.
Kayura put her foot down. "You musn't do this, Kale! This is not a fight that you should be starting!"
"The fight has already started, Kayura," Kale said. "It's only a question of who will end it."

"Kannie? Are you certain that you want to do that?!" Rowen looked at Kanita, knowing full well the power Kale possessed.
Watching on in from the shadows, Lena quirked an eyebrow. She wasn't sure if it was a good idea taking on Kale...but she didn't want Kanita hurt....Nor the others come to think of it. Scrunching up her face, she grumbled lightly, pushing those thoughts aside, "This should be an interesting match..."

Kanita made a small laugh as she looked right at the man. "Do not worry about me." She stated with a grin. "I know what I am doing."

Kale increased his speed, seemingly gliding forward. He was face-to-face with Kanita, and his sword came down in a wide arc...

Kanita's eyes went wide, as she had summoned her own weapon. Before the girl could even block the sword, she seemed to move in slow motion, causing the sword to hit her armor, creating sparks. 'He's fast.' She thought while shaking her head a little. Looking up at the man, a small grin had appeared on her face.
"Now I know that I should not take my time when it comes to you." She stated as she stood up and readied herself for another attack. "Is that all?"

Kale grunted and resumed his attack. His clawed hand made its way towards Kanita's stomach, but didn't connect. Then, he lashed out with a kick...

The girl laughed a little as she slowly took a step back. "Not bad." She stated as she rushed forward, her weapon behind her. "But can you handle this?" She asked while throwing the weapon infront of her as she jumped up.

Kale knocked the projectile away with his sword. He realized that, however fast he was, he still wasn't fast enough to catch this person off guard...but did he really want to do that? Did he really want to kill anyone? He felt that, in the heat of battle, the answer wasn't as clear to him as it had been before.
He pointed his sword at Kanita, and it glowed with a dark energy. "All right, I understand," he said.

Meanwhile, all watched in a silent awe and almost fear. THey couldn't bear to loose another of thier company after all...
Lena, at the same time, watched, her eyes cold and calculating as she sunk further and further into herself to devoid the emotion that she was feeling. Looking to the side, she wondered how long this would take...but at the same time, knew that it would be rather nice to see a little fun going on. A smirk crossed her features, this is still rather interesting.

Kanita smirked at the man. Even if he had knocked the weaopn out of her hands, she can still convert mist into the area. If she desiered so, she could do it right now. But something was off, Kanita wanted to see how much damage Kale can actually do. Sure she may not have her weapon in hand, and she was defenseless. But she could not turn her back from him. Was it the fact of the two both shared the same element?
Shaking her head, the girl went into a fighting stance. She did not care if he had a weapon or not. "I'm still ready." She mumbled, the emotions in her eyes were chaning non stop. Almost as if she was conflicting with her armor.

As the energy built up in his sword, Kale saw something he didn't expect. This girl...whoever she was...did she want to die? And did he have a right to kill her? What was this battle really about?
He raised his sword above his head, then jerked it to one side, and let the energy flow out.
"Black Lightning Slash!"
Even as the attack started, he wasn't sure what he was doing.
