Akako's gleaming eyes narrowed at the sudden appearance and her head ducked slightly and turned. Pretty name?.. She rolled her crimson eyes then looked over to Omi then at Jigen. "Well...I think I am going to train again.. I don't like the gym.. I'll be outside.." Akako then stood and brushed past the men and out of the resturant. Her eyes were cold and emotionless again and she looked peeved.

Omi's eyes narrowed a tad. "Dammit- first Jigen, then this guy.. Akako must feel right and 'popular' today." However, even he didn't expect her to suddenly leave - with such an odd voice to boot, and disposition.
As Akako left the resturaunt, the mercenary spoke to both his fellows, "It'd be wise if we left her be for a while - something seems to be on her mind that's bugging her pretty badly, ya know?" As some of the hired help came by, sitting a few bowls of Ramen down - Omi bowed his head a tad in appreciation, before tearing into one of them.
Holding the tip of the bowl to his mouth and downing some, he added, "We could check on her in a bit when she's feeling better - but I think giving her some space'd be the best idea fer' now, no?" Then, few words came out afterwards, as he began downing the broth & noodles hungrily.

The giant beast watched the hammer carefully, both eyes focused on the weapon. He instantly analyzed width, length, and area of impact of the object, and was slightly surprised. The thing was a toothpick. The waraxe he used, currently strapped to the back of his shield using the humans' "velcro," was nearly seven feet long. But the hammer would still hurt if it made contact, undoubtedly. And it looked as if this thing had fought others like him before, it ran for a high kick, undoubtedly trying to send a kick into the upper half of the beasts top-heavy body.
As the thing charged, the beast tensed the muscles in his legs, preparing for the sudden sidestep to follow. He raised the shield in his left hand, his arm no longer in contact with the waraxe strapped to the back, he was holding its full bulk away from his body, using his wrist as a fulcrum. It stretched up above his body, into the air, making him seem even larger than normal. As the thing commited to its jump, the beast would immediately sidestep, and then his shield would come crashing down into the thing's body, with enough force to slam it to the arena floor. His shield continued down, in an attempt to crush the thing between it and the floor.

Akako came running back down the hallway and she slid into the ramen bar. She walked to the table were Omi and Jigen were and her black wings faded as her black eyes turned crimson again. "Omi... I think there is a problem..." She said in a soft voice her arm shaking violently. Akako slid into her seat and gripped her shoulder where the blade had peirced. Her head was sweating but she was pale meaning she was very cold. Akako had a fever and that much was obvious.

Shilon struts into the halls of the colliseum, wearing a Straw Hat and chewing on a Weed. His purposefull stride led him right into the Ramen Bar, specifically, next to Omi. In a hushed voice, Shilon asked Omi out of the corner of his mouth, "So, Eh', Does the redneck stuff make me look Human, y'reckon?" Clearing his throat, he stood upright, looking accross the small restaurant. When his eyes fell on Jigen, he stopped abruptly, his hat falling off. "Er', Hey Jigen'. Heh'... heh..." As Akako stormed in, obviously in a huff, shilon looked at her oddly. Isn't that the chick Omi was fighting...?
"Hey..." Shilon said to her, barely looking up. "You look like something just fired a rocket at you, Then tried to skewer you with Steak Knives."

Midair, Gamma could only watch the preparation of the shield strike and as such, Gamma tried to defend himself from it. The hammer slid through his hands till they met his hands and the arms curled in a defensive block around Gamma's head.
The strike would dash him into the sand almost immediately, and the follow-up movement to crush Gamma would pin him to the sand. But Gamma's lft hand, still clutching the hammerhead, would hook around the corner of the shield and pull it out and away from the fishmonster as much as his artificial muscles could against his opponent. With enough leverage, Gamma could keep himself from being jammed too deeply into the sand by the shield.
With a lot of pressure on his whole left side thanks to the shield, Gamma perched himself up on his left shoulder to allow a wider range of movement on his right arm. Thanks to his naturally larger frame enhanced by the overall size of his armor, Gamma's arms were fairly long. Also thanks to the working mechanics of the body, longer limbs make for greater leverage and strength. That aside, let's think more about length.
A hooking right uppercut to the groin of the short-legged fishmonster. Gamma didn't stop to consider that a fish might not have the external genitalia required for this attack to be effective at all. The end results, should Mr. Fishmonster be equipped should be fairly self explanitory.

Laughing merrily, Shilon made his way in - causing Omi's eyes to take a heavy sag. He was wearing.. "..Shilon, with all due respect friend, that's the most idiotic outfit I've ever seen in my life - it makes you look like a human allright.. with a farm." A sweatdrop formed at his brow, before he added, "Wear a robe or something, it'll do the job just fine."
However, when Akako stormed in - Omi noticed several things that were wrong, all at once. Her arm was shaking madly, and she was gripping her shoulder with a bit too much force, as though trying to withhold pain. In fact, she was sweating horridly as well - Akako looked quite ill, in general.
Gritting his teeth, Omi leant over the table, examining her closer. "Akako, what happened?" She'd only been gone for an extremely short while; the chance of her having so many symptoms just occur naturally were slim. As she had said, something was quite amiss.

Shilon sighed. "Fine. Y'know, I may as well just throw out the whole act altogether." He tosses the Hat down onto the Table, as his Wings and Halo slowly come back into view. "Now, lezzee' 'ere...." He makes a quick movement, which slightly resembles the 'Father, Son, Holy Spirit' hand-motion for prayers, and his right hand has a soft, hardly recognizable glow. "Now, let's see about that arm wound..." He says, motioning for her to move her hand.

Akako looked at Shilon then at Omi and closed her eyes trying hard to focus on her words and not her fever and pain. "Some guy attacked me outside.. I'm not sure why but.. a knife hit me and something was on it... " Her eyes clouded over and she fell off the chair and to the ground unconscience and shaking.
Wake up!!! A female's voice called out. It was the fallen form of Akako, Dark. I can't.. I have to rest. I won't be able to fight if I wake up. Akako thought that was reasonable but she was wrong. The longer she slept the poison, infection would move more rapidly through her body due to the fact she was shaking more in her sleep.

"Akako!" Kneeling down to her side - Omi winced slightly. Her hand wasn't on the shoulder now - and by the discoloring of the wound, he could tell something had tainted her from impact. Venom of some sort, a concoction? It didn't matter much.
Omi turned his gaze to Shilon. With a regretful but urgent sight, the mercenary nodded once. "I'm sorry for making you reveal things you'd rather not, but it's best you do what you can as fast as possible; it's a deeper wound than I thought initially." However, something else was clouding his mind.
"Who the hell would do this prior to the matches, especially since death's allowed as an altametum in the tournament itself anyway? Unless.." Was this just a random, isolated assault - or, perhaps, someone trying to eliminate potential enemies before sections of the tournament even began? Either way, it caused a dull anger to boil in the mercenary - not only because a new friend of his was wounded, but because such.. tasteless tactics disgusted him.

Fas was outside the stadium, walkign toward it, wearing a black cloak now, it swirling around him as he walked, a cold, dealy look on his face as he made his way toward Akako's location. There was another figure with him.
Commander Ure, A kalleshian who had aceepted an upgraded version of General Grievous' armor. He walked forward beside Fas, the two looking very menacing. Ure had a silverish claok on over his cybernetic body and armor.
Fas continued forward, nearing Akako's location with every step. He would be there soon. He suddenly spoke to Ure as they walked. "Ure. Find him, and kill him. He knows he was under orders not to attack her, and he has defied them. He's now a foe of Cruxis." Fas said coldly, as he continued forward, Ure stopped and muttered a "Yes, milord." before turning back and heading outside, looking around for the damn fool.

Akako's eyes opened breifly and she lifted her hand to her face. Her fingers grasped the cloth and pulled it away so she could take in more air. "Omi.. how are you?" She asked quietly her eyes closing again. She was awake, but it was hard to keep her eyes open. Akako was trying to keep her mind away from the pain and that was the reason she started a conversation with him.

Kneeling over, he raised her up a bit - glancing at the wound with growing worry. "It's good you're concious, that means you should be treatable.. my friend here'll have you good as new in a few moments." Smiling with a slightly distant expression, he added "Try to bear with the pain, it'll take a few moments for Shilon to fix your wound.." He almost desperately wanted a description of her attacker - but, decided he'd save that for after Shilon's cure, as so Akako could retain some strength.

"I could have been killed in the tourney... but someone attacked me when I wasn't even on guard. Thank god I was pissed off enough to be paying attention to what was going on around me.

"I could have been killed in the tourney... but someone attacked me when I wasn't even on guard. Thank god I was pissed off enough to be paying attention to what was going on around me. "Power," echoed a voice that could only be heard throughout her shallow halls of mind. "You shall give me your gifts, and all you need to do is rest, child." The tendons that had been split, and the already corrupted nerves began to shift back into place, as if by Akako's will to live, her arm was regnerating itself and fighting the infection. But, that is only a illusion, and if possible, the corruption would fool her words and make it seem as if the described event had happenened. The nerves and hormones within her body sent new messages, ones that strictly encouraged sleep. A dark shadow would even graft itself to her soul if possible, while it plucked at the silver wire in the astral plane, holding his new puppet tightly. The infection was more of a poison. It was a spell, it was living tissue seeking to conquer, it was spiritual, and quite simply it was disease, destruction, and corruption at its best. The disease had many ways to travel. First, it had a quick river to ride along, aka blood. It could also travel through natural energy passages, and had quite many more paths to take. (It's not Cziri, Forces, and do NOT use OOC knowledge to your advantage.)
