We're pretty damned lazy, lol. Okay. So now I plan on doing something instead of thinking of what to do. I am going to start that contest; like Wannabe's idea. I'll post this in the Chatterbox, or in the art section, or both.. make a contest page to advertise, but say "Hey guess what.. to join this contest you have to join the guild." Yahh, ta-da.
Okay, let's say we make a short story, maybe about the guild? Then someone draws a scene, or a picture based on it.
Let's choose judges first off. Judges cannot enter; So I am one judge.
And btw when we judge.. we should judge on creativity not how good it looks. I want to make it fair for those with.. les talent let's say.
Prize; should it be money? If so, I need people to pitch some money. How about 2 prizes.
1st- 10,000
2nd- 5,000
A bit much, but it's not for sure.. and not really a lot compared to others.

Okay, so judges.. prizes.. what else do we need? A story!
Let's work on this together.
What should the story be about. I said something related to the guild.. but how?

I'll make a stickey about it if everyone agrees that we're doing this.
Also.. for the 15,000 for the 2 prizes. If we do that, I'll pitch like.. 2000-5000. Depends on what other people are offering.
Also, contest entry fee will help with that money.

Kk, & we have a contest that's based on avi art. Lol.
K, so let's say 4 judges. Each judge has an identical prize. Maybe 10,000 each. That's 40,000. Again, we don't have to pitch all of that together. We can make an entry fee. Than people enter which person they're drawing. They can maybe even enter 2? Costs twice the gold. OHH, or maybe we can make like.. a buy 2, get one free? Lol. Join two contest.. get to pick another one for free... or half price.
Then they just draw. The judge gets to choose HIS/HER favourite, and pays their prize. It can be a bundle though. Basically sharing one thread.. you know what I mean. So good idea? I kind of think so.
So hey, it's a lot of money. I mean 10,000 each. BUT AGAIN let's say the entry fee is 500g, and you still don't match 10.000g. You get all this damned avi art! Hella, yeah.

I like those ideas, they seem very cool!
I'm so close to getting everything set up with my entry in the avi arena that probably by the end of the month or so I'll have sold all the stuff and gained a bunch of gold back, so that's when I'll be able to contribute.

I'm so close to getting everything set up with my entry in the avi arena that probably by the end of the month or so I'll have sold all the stuff and gained a bunch of gold back, so that's when I'll be able to contribute.

Maybe a story about the guild, but we can be characters in it! And the short story expands over time, with new character (more active members). Maybe we can get into some craxy s**t. We could like, all write our own part. Man that sounds so gay.. but admit it sounds kind of fun to make a story about ourseleves and the guild. Okay, here. Here's an idea of mine. Tell me if you like it.. even though it's technically not "my part." Katsoyu eyed the bronze key in her hands Asian Jynx handed her the day she bought the lot. She finally went through with the purchase. It costed a lot, but she had a lot of ideas for it. In front of her stood an empty building. It looked like it hadn't been maintained in months. Isn't wasn't too shabby, but it wasn't anything great either. She stepped up the front steps and pushed the key into the lock. Turning it, she stopped for a moment. Then a word brushed it's way through her lips with her barely noticing. Saying this word, she cracked a slight smile. "Inspiration." Really gay.. but whatever. Just an idea start, right? I probably won't make much more until next month's donation items, but then I'll be able to put in a good 20-30k.

Hm..I'm just going to post something really quick right now and it's probably going to suck but here it is:
Just as the newly bought building's great doors opened Katsoyu heard a sound. It was quiet, and muffled. This sound both interested her and scared her. As the excitement faded and fright grew she wandered into the huge structure. The voice got louder and louder with each approaching step. Finally she reached a huge pile of rubble from which the sound appeared to be coming from. Katsoyu dug through the pile, rock after rock, carelessly tossing them behind her. When she reached the middle of the pile she was shocked and asstonished. There, sitting in a newly cleared space on the floor was a rock. A small, flippin' rock! She just stared at this new discovery but soon the silence was ended with an odd voice. "Well it's about time!!"
Ok, I know that wasn't that great but it's what I had to contribute. =P

It's about time somebody bought the place!" Katsoyu was startled by the rock, but after moving into the gaia community, she realized that this wasn't abnormal. The rock to her was kind of cute. "So, um. Who are you?" Katsoyu asked the little critter. "The name's (name??). A kid threw me through the window over there, and I have been here the whole time." Katsoyu followed (Name)'s small beady eyes to a broken window. She sighed, because she knew she'd end up having to walk all the way to The Faktori in Aekea to get a new window. In fact, now that she took a good look around the place, she realized she had a lot of cleaning to do. Her thoughts were interrupted by the rock. "So what're you here for?" "I am starting a club. A guild. I'm really hoping to get this place filled with Gaians." "Oh, so you're making a guild too? Guilds really seem to be booming these days. Can I join?" Katsoyu thought for a moment. Then she smiled. "No, you can't just join." (Name)'s smile faded slowly for a moment. "Oh, I under..." He was cut off. "You can not only join, but you can be the mascot!" I don't know. Threw it together kind of. Maybe that can be like, a chapter? Instead of short stories for the contest.. we can make a series of chapters for the contest. That sounds good. heart

I made a sticky putting the parts together. Thanks PastInBlood. The reason I stopped writing last time was because I didn't know what to say next.. but you really did help.
We need a name for the mascot.. Rocky? Lol, too plain.
Um, I don't know. I'm not too creative at the moment.

And yeah, the mule has over 6k on it right now. I started a journal to keep records of all the gold that goes onto it(or out, yeah)

So I changed of the her's to his, and all of the she's to he's like Katsoyu said.
Now I'd like to start the contest.. but I really want to keep adding a small bit, kind of bring us into maybe around the middle of Part 2.
