The Viper would stumble back after everyone of Aleks Mason shots had been on target. He was a bit dazed.

Mason would grab the arm of Orton and attempt to Irish Whip him into the corner

Randy Orton once again seemed to be a step ahead of Aleks Mason, after all Orton had one of the highest IQ in the wrestling industry. When Aleks Mason tried to grab The Viper for the irish whip, Orton would push him away and attempt a stellar dropkick.

Mason wold be caught in the face with a dropkick, forcing him to fall down on his back and grabbing a hold of his jaw

Randy Orton would bounce up to his feet, feeling rejuvenated and following his dropkick up with a knee drop right to the head area of Aleks Mason.

Aleks had a knee struck straight into his head, and he would roll over and grasp his head in pain and agony as the Viper took the lead now here in the match

The Viper would drag Aleks Mason to the center of the ring, dropping down and lifting one of his legs in the air which signaled the referee to start the pinfall count.

Only the third pinfall attempt of the match, and here Aleks was conscious enough to kick out at 1 and a half.

Randy Orton was becoming a bit frustrated, it seemed the longer the match went on, the more durable Aleks Mason became. Orton would get up on a knee, feeling on his beard and began plotting...

Mason would roll away from his opponent, slowly moving towards a set of ropes and using them as leverage to get to his feet.

The Viper would slide outside of the ring while Aleks Mason began getting up to his feet and started digging around for an unknown object...

Not knowing what Orton was up to, he would make his way to the set of ropes where Orton was outside. Without exiting the ring, Mason would put his upper body through the ropes, trying to grab Orton by the head to pull him up

Randy Orton would slightly tug out the object he was intending to grab (which appeared to be a steel chair) before he could fully haul it from under the ring he would be pulled up to the apron by Aleks Mason.

Mason would attempt to strike Orton, before backing up and running to attempt a leap over the top rope into a hurricanrana to the outside
