I just accidentally stabbed my right hand with a very large, oddly very sharp knife, and it's bleeding profusely. xp I applied liquid bandage, and a fabric bandaid, and I'm still bleeding through them. This was about an hour or two ago that I did that. The only doctor I know isn't online right now, and she isn't picking up her mobile. I don't want to go to the hospital, because it's just a cut.
I'm finding myself strangely hungry. lol It has nothing to do with the cut; I was just making light conversation with anyone who happens to be online at the moment, and would like to talk to me.

Understandable. 3nodding And from my little knowledge of the people here, we're from many different places, and most people believe different things, especially in other parts of the world. So you're plan is probably safest.

You might want to get it looked at since its not clotting. How much pressure have you applied to it?

Oh --just a little. Well, for about fifteen minutes before applying the liquid bandage. It s l o w e d (yes, it's supposed to be spaced out) down a bit, then I had my brother'n-law apply the bandage, and it just started pouring out like I just cut it again.
Did the pressure thing for about another fifteen minutes, then a fabric bandage. It bled through the first one, so I replaced it with a clean one, did the pressure thing for fifteen minutes, and now it's just kind'f ...I dunno --y'know that single bubble of blood that likes to surface every now'n then? That's what it's doing ...but more often now than then.
I should probably have someone look at it, huh? I bet I could deal with it for a little while longer though, just to make sure I don't have to waste someone's time.

Go see a doctor, please, if that thing gets infected, it's gonna hurt like fcuk. (censorship <3)

Did you clean it out? The scouts always told us to put it under water and apply pressure. How big are we talking here? You might want to try gauze and wrap it in medical strip or tape. If it presists, go to the ER or something. (GO COMMANDO AND STITCH IT UP YOURSELF!!! lol, jk)

Fcuk is one of the most talented artists of our age. 3nodding Well, he's older than me, but a talented artist still alive today, none'th'less. Excellent censorship though.
I'm fortunate in that it isn't doing the bubbly thing any more. It just kind'f ...stopped all'f th'sudden. Now it's little more than a ...dark line on my hand, just above my thumb. It's nice to see that you care, Ookani, Ninja, and LadyJedi. I'm gonna head over to the infirmary (it's not bad enough for the hospital --and we probably have better doctors on premise) right now though, after I check the RP thread one more time.
As far as "commando" ...it's not stupid if you know what you're doing. Military and medical professionals are instructed in self-preservation so they can handle situations that need such serious attention.

xp Uhhhh ...No reason to salute ...I was just saying, is all. Hey, guess what, I got a stitch. rofl The point apparently got a little deeper than it should have --or even than it felt like it did. So one stitch from sick bay, and I'm back in my apartment. Gotta love the marvels of modern military medical professionals.
