Big Show knew where Randy attacked from last time, so in his drunken daze, he looked to lift an elbow in the direction of Randy.

Randy was elbowed suddenly! And backed away stumbling.

Big Show felt the connection. A moment after the elbow, the Giant turned to Randy, shaking his head a bit to relieve the pain and clear the cobwebs
