Savannah glanced at Dylan before she puffed her cheeks out a little then stuck her tongue out. "I'm not cute." She huffed at him before glancing at the waiter as he walked away. The vampire would then look over at Dylan again, blinking in surprise at the question he asked her. "Huh?" She said softly before she rubbed her arm a little bit, she always felt uncomfortable when talking about needing to feed. "Um. Well. Typically I-I need to feed twice a week." She said softly.

Savannah looked at him then blushed a little, her pouty look turning into a smile. The young woman would then relax a little bit as Dylan apologized for bringing up her having to drink blood. "It's okay..." She would say softly. She's just been uncomfortable about being what she is for a long time. Neither of her parents were vampires, the gene having passed them. Her grandmother on her father's side is a vampire, but because she died when Savannah was young and her parents called her a monster for it... She never knew what it meant to be a vampire, she found out all she knew from the internet but everything she read was so conflicting. She was just relieved she didn't glitter in the sun! Glancing up, Savannah smiled as the waiter brought their food. After thanking him, she would take a sip of her coffee before biting into the muffin that was approximately the size of her fist.

The young vampire then looked into her boyfriend's eyes, a dark blush appearing on her cheeks before she glanced away. He really was sweet, almost too sweet for words. She was so glad to have met him. Grabbing her coffee, she would take another drink.

It was an exhausted and somewhat annoyed Ava that entered the cafe that she managed, sunglasses moving from covering her eyes to rest on top of her long hair, as brown eyes looked around the building. Everything looked normal, but despite that fact the woman shouldered herself up, marching almost into the back kitchen and office, where a large stack of papers sat on her desk.

The day was almost over, Ava having spent the better part of it within her apartment cleaning and skyping with her dad and brother, before she had been informed that she had some paperwork to finish before the end of the day. Ava would be closing the Cafe, along with two other workers, and intended to make the most of it.

Pulling her hair back into a ponytail, the long hair still reaching well past her shoulders, the woman slipped off her flipflops and switched them to her non-slip shoes, stretching her arms for just a moment before leaving the office. Walking towards the main counter, Ava grabbed an apron, to go around her waist, and tied it around herself. Nodding to one of the employees in the front, Ava took took to cleaning tables, the paperwork sat on the desk further from her mind as something she'd do after getting the cafe relatively clean.

Today's the day-off for Benjamin and he had pedaled his way to Moonbucks Cafe to have the casual chitchat with Emmanuel, though the other boy preferred to be called Manny during their first meeting in Bookworm's. After he parked his bike securely at the lot, he walked through the door, the freshly brewed scent of coffee wafting his nose. Indeed, it was good to be back there after a while. He had sent that guy a text depicting that he was now there and now, there he was, waiting in line since there were also many others seeking to satisfy the craving for a coffee fix. Not to mention that the pastries were delectable, too.

While waiting for his turn to order, his baby blue orbs took notice of the news channel on the TV screen. The current section showed for this hour was about the international news, with the recent earthquake hitting the Philippines and the residents of Leyte suffering from the setbacks due to water and electricity shortage. He sighed; nature would be truly devastating if its wrath would be unleashed. Thankfully, the showcasing of pictures depicting the aftermath didn't last long and the reporters were switching to the next topic worth mentioning to the viewers.

On his morning walk through the city he had gone over in his mind the facts and clues he's gained while investigating his case. From what he knows the demon culprit is in the city and he has begun distribution of his drug product but to what ends this detective wasn't sure, nor was he any closer to catching him than when he arrived some days ago. It was frustrating. He had to call in the agency for a favor to help him on the case and he hoped that the information on recent hospital logs and criminal reports could aid him in narrowing down who the demon culprit works with and who he might actually be. With the information transferred to his phone he figure to stop into a coffee shop for a drink when something very interesting was seen. A lady asked a woman of pink hair if she wanted a drink but the woman would not speak. Instead the miscommunication of silent communication fell on deaf ears and the lady left not knowing what to do. With his order of coffee, a double chocolate café mocha, the detective in disguise would arrive at table with the woman of pink hair and gently place his extra order of a large cup of water in front of the woman.

After clearing his throat to make a sound and get her attention then detective would say. "I seen the trouble you had earlier while I was in line. I hope you I didn't bother you by getting you a cup of water."

Her cheeks had turned a rosy pink which led him to believe she wasn't too ready for a sudden stranger to appear. Fair enough, since most aren't camera ready when woken up from their slumber, but her tender reaction is what struck him as interesting. She reminded him of someone back in his highschool years and she seems to share a kindred sprit to that if his old friend. Her hand in hand showed him a sort of defensive nature but it told him that she had walls and not necessarily because of him. When she signed to him in silent tongue he raised an eyebrow at the curiously intriguing woman and a genuine soft smile was returned; A part of him feeling like that young lad back in his first year of high school.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, A-er-dr-ie." He signed back to her as if fluent in sign language but her name seemed to really make him stumble. He focused his eyes on her hand when she was forming her name but he couldn't quite keep up with how fluid her dainty fingers were. She signed in a way that looked so elegant that he could only imagine the voice of a princess every time she would sign. "I hope I'm saying your name right. Well, I'm not literally saying it but you know what I mean." He couldn't help himself get nervous around such a doll of a girl but it made him feel like a youth which made him feel slightly uncomfortable around this possible highschooler. He only gave her the water she was after but she had such an aura around her. "S-so, why are you here sleeping? Don't you have somewhere else to sleep, like a home...or school?"
