Nuri blinked in surprise as Pandora spoke of her welcoming visit with an obvious hint of sarcasm. He glanced back at Ling with a wry quirk of the eyebrow. Surely, once having met the lioness they had gotten along a little more...? Or not. He remained silent, remaining out of their business unless called upon, and sat down to lick a paw.

Ling sighed and nodded to Pandora. "Thank you for alerting me to your departure...It is true that I have been less than hospitable...however...I'm sure you can understand my reasoning.." He bowed to her, waving a paw in her direction, dismissing her. "You are free to hunt for food before leaving...it may be a long trip for you..the game here is yours to hunt." He looked back to nuri, noting the look on his face. "What is it?"

Nuri looked back up at Ling and grinned. "Nothing." He nodded to Pandora. "Safe trip to you, and may the winds guide you home." The last emphasis he made in the hope that maybe wherever she felt this strange pull that she would find her peace. Whether she got that meaning or not did not bother him. He began to lick the other paw.

Akira smiled and layed next to nola and Akanu. He wrapped his tail around nola and smiled fondly at both her and the cub. "this almost makes me feel like a father" he said chuckling a little as he lay his head down next to Nola's to take a nap.

Leanna gave a little sigh, resting in the back of the cave. Her left ear twitched slightly as a small yawn erupted from her throat. Her eyes were getting slightly hazed and she winced at the movement in her stomach. For some reason, her cubs weren't agreeing with her about waiting until she got home with her King. Any day now, they would probably want in on the world. She just hoped that Mika'il was there on that day. She liked her left forepaw as her tail twitched, the feathers slightly fanning at her belly. Fear still gripped her mind as to why it was taking so long for her to leave. Then a thought stuck her...maybe..maybe she didn't have to..but her cubs could. Thinking about her mate, that idea was quickly struck down. Mika would not allow her to be left behind. Even if he did, he would come back. She gave a little sigh still racking her brain for ideas.

Nola stayed still for a while so that she knew that Akanu was sleeping soundly. Once she was sure of that she moved ever so carefully and moved the cub's head onto Akira's paw. She then moved out of the cave and streched before trotting off to the hunting grounds. With any luck she would be able to catch something to eat and not get hurt at the same time.

Akira layed his head down asleep as Nola left. He lay contently resting with Akanu's head on his paw.

Once she got to the hunting grounds Nola decided to hunt smaller game and make serveral trips. That would reduce the chances of getting hurt and it would get them the food the needed. She stayed low to the ground and found a group of zebra near the water. Living near a major water source had advantages. She staulked a smaller one who seemed near the end of his life.

With a bow to Ling, she turned to Nuri, "Thank you. I wish you good fortune for your home as well." She gave a graceful turn and looked north. She wondered what awaited her there, and trotted off in a pleasant mood. Her stomach was already full fm her earlier hunt, so she made no stop. With a sigh, she crossed the border back into the unclaimed lands she held so dear to her heart.

Stretching, Akuna flung a paw onto Akira's muzzle. At the sudden contact, he jumped up, the scruff of his neck sticking up as he growled and hissed spinning around. Once his eyes fell onto Akira, he stopped.
He'd forgotten where he was, the lion still chased him in his dreams. In his mind. He rubbed his head against Akira's cheek before he padded away, looking to meet others. The first lioness to catch his attention, was Pastel and her litter of cubs.

Nola's hunting skills went into high gear as she neared her prey. She was by the zebra's left flank. If she could jump onto its back she might be able to break it's neck and the hunt would be done for a little while. A zebra would not feed all in the cave but it was a start. She waited until the very last second and then launched herself at the poor beast. It cried out loudly and the rest of it's herd went running as Nola bit into it's neck and held on for dear life. She sunk her claws into the animal's sides and then whipped her head sharpy. She could feel the neck crack and the animal went limp below her. As soon as the stamped was over Nola picked her self up and then grabbed her kill to drag it back to the cave.

Akira lifted his head up opening his eyes at the impact "..huh..?" he looked up to see Akanu walking over to Pastel "oh" he said chuckling a bit realising Akanu must have bumped him on accident. he stood up streaching before walking to the front of the cave to wait for Nolas return.

Hauling the dead body of a zebra was not an easy task but Nola managed it and brough the carcass to the front of the cave before letting out a roar to let the others know that there was food for them. She knew she had to go and get more but she needed to rest first. She flopped down next to the food and sighed asshe spotted Akira waiting for her. "S-sorry I didn't wait for you dear...I didn't want to wake you or Akanu."

"oh it's alright" he said padding up to her and giving her a comforting lick. "wow! you did really well! but did you drag this here all by yourself? you must be exahusted" he said

Nola purred at him and then nodded. "Yes I am tired. But this won't be enough to feed everyone. I will go out again after I rest a bit." She laid her head down on her forepaws and sighed.
