Fay looked at Jack with wide eyes.
Kenshin then gasped and snatched Fay out of Jack's hands and faced her towards the ocean. Seconds later, she bulped, flames coming out of her mouth. "Apologies. Sky turtles are fire-breathing creatures. Often confused with dragons."
Bavira nodded his head slowly. "Wow."

"yeah..wow. I would have been roasted." Jack said smiling. He took Fay into his arms again. "you feel better little one?" jack asked smiling lightly.

Bavira hugged Jack from behind as he looked over the other's shouldr at Fay. "Looks like she's happy now that she's been fed. Thanks for the heads up Kenshin." He smiled.
Kenshin became flustered. "Ah? W-Well, it's my duty as your knight to know these things! S-So, no thanks is needed!"

"Yes there is." Jack said smiling. "now..who wants to look at the clouds?" Jack asked Fay lightly.

At the mention of clouds, Fay smiled and started babbling excitedly.
Bavira chuckled. "You two go ahead. There's something I want to talk to Kenshin about."

Jack nodded and carried Fay carefully up to the crows nest. He laid down and laid Fay on her chest. "look at the clouds Fay." Jack said pointing.

Fay looked at teh clouds with wide eyes. "Wah! Wahh!!" She started floating, er, flying a few inches off the ground as she remembering flying through the clouds.
"Kenshin, can I be taught to fly? Or does it come with experience?" Bavira asked.
Kenshin sighed. "Well...it can be taught. But it's more apporpriate if you learned the hard way." He pointed up. "Being dropped from the sky, that is."

Fay giggled and flew circles around Jack.
Bavira shook his head. "I...don't think I can do that...yet."

Jack smiled as he watched. He grabbed Fay and tickled her lightly. "I love you Fay." Jack said lightly.

Fay giggled as she was tickled.
Bavira climbed the crows nest. "Hey you two! I could hear your laughter from below. What am I missing?" He smiled.

"I'm tickling Fay." Jack said with a smile. He kissed Bavira lightly. "Our first child and she's beautiful." jack said softly.

Bavira smiled. "Yes, Fay is a beautiful girl." He took Fay from Jack and held her up. "Soon, I'll learn to fly, so...I can take you and Jack into the skies. So, don't go anywhere, okay?" He asked sweetly. Fay tilted her head to the side in confusion. Then she smiled and nodded. "Fay-Fay stay!" { Fay}

Jack came forward and hugged them both. "good girl fay. Can you say hi?" Jack asked her.

Fay thought about it, and then bbabbled some words.
Bavira laughed. "I guess she's still learning the human language." He smiled and hugged Fay.
{What did you think of Fay's picture? When I created her charrie, I instantly remembered Yotsuba from one of my sis' favorite mangas.}
