Description: The user performs and string of handseals, and a blast of chakra shoots out from one of the user’s shoulders, swirling around and shaping into a large, ornate angel wing made out of wing chakra. It is transparent, with a translucent white glow. The user’s eyes also glow white during this. The fighter takes a step forward, and the wing slashes forward, decimating anything in its path. The slash has a range of 7 feet, and can split steel, with some effort. After the attack, the wing disintegrates into wind.

Kai smiled. It was time to finish this. His foe was pinned to the ground by several kunai and other various weapons, trade mark of Kai’s bloodline. The rouge ninja was pinned right to the floor, bloodied and bruised. He was breathing heavily, not knowing what was to come. He was pinned down, kneeling, about 5 feet from Kai. The leaf ninja yawned. “Okay, this was fun, but it is over.” Kai said as he began to perform hand seals. As he did, jets of white chakra blast out from his right shoulder, forming into a large, glowing, ghostly angel wing. He took a step forward, and the ornate wing swung down with a huge amount of force. “Goodbye.” It cut the ninja clean in half, drowning out his scream.

Not what I meant exactly. The original false surroundings, as I assume you know, is the one that was used in the anime during the chuunin exams, to alter the sign. That jutsu was set just on the sign, altering what people would see when they looked at it. It wasn't focused on a person, or on the user, though I assume the user would have to stay near it. What I mean by a range, is from the point of origin outwards. Having the genjutsu move along with the victim or user would make it something else entirely, and it would have to be focused directly on the victim, at which point nobody else would see it's effect. Yeah, that makes it less useful in wide open spaces, but pretty nasty in a small room.

Name of Jutsu: Advanced False surroundings

Range: 100 feet
Description: This jutsu is an advanced version of the false surroundings jutsu. It allows the user to make an area look like something completely different to the affected. The user sees it as a transparent (like a hologram or something), so they can tell the difference between the false world and the real one. This jutsu can be used simply to fool a target and make them think they are elsewhere, or it can cover up deadly drops and other hazards. This jutsu cannot create or hide people or animals however.This jutsu affects sight, and touch to a small degree. If the affected touches an illusory tree or wall they will feel it, but if they push on it their hand will go through. Targets are likely to think they were teleported or something, and the area is real. If they do realize it is a genjutsu it doesn't make it any easier to see through however. The illusion seems to extend to the limits of the affected's vision, although it can only affect people within it's 100foot perimiter.

Rp Sample Nagisa smiled. The attacker thought he could get away after such an outright attack on her village? She threw a flash bomb in front of him and quickly performed the seals for one of her favorite genjutsu. "Advanced False surroundings" she whispered, and from the attackers viewpoint the Lightning pass was now a wasteland. The treacherous path was of course still there, but he would be unable to see where it was. There were a lot of steep drops here, and it would be dangerous to keep moving.The target however was convinced that he had actually be teleported somehow. Nagisa jumped in front of him and smiled. "You won't survive here very long on your own. Take a wrong step and this world will be the death of you. I recommend surrendering now so we do not need to see how your life ends. A cruel smile crossed her face, as she waited for the man's reply.

Name of Jutsu: Mokuton Soujuu (Wood Manipulation)

Jutsu's Element: Mokuton
Description: The base Mokuton form, this skill allows a user to manipulate wood, shape it and move it. It also allows the user to create wood by a combination of thei Suiton and Doton elements. The higher the user's rank, the more they can manipulate and the quicker the wood can move. Uses a single seal.
Rp Sample Masaki stared darkly at the dummy, and held the Mokuton base seal. He felt the familiar combination of the suiton and doton chakra as they merged into his favorite element Mokuton. The dummy seemed to tremble as if it knew what was coming, but it was of course, only the wind. Two pillars of wood burst from the ground and collided with the dummy's head.

This seems to be a bit vauge to be made a jutsu. I can just see this being used to say "First, I use it to make a tree come out of the ground, then I have spears of wood fly out of a random branch, then I manipulate a block of wood under me so I can levitate, then........" I think you see where I'm going with this.

I'm confused. if you are saying outright there cant be such a jutsu there already are for other elements...
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) (without hand seals even)
Kusa Ayatsuri no Jutsu (Grass Manipulation Technique) (Can even block out the sun!)
Kikaichuu no Jutsu - Destruction Bug TechniqueLooking back most of these (except grass manipulation) are more focused on small scale, they are mostly just used to make shapes... I was thinking they were close to what I was thinking, but I guess not. I kind of think there is probably a way to make my version work, but if you dont think It will work you are the boss... I was thinking we could say "Wood still needs to follow the basic laws of physics (other than the creating wood from magic and controlling it part) so it cannot do impossible things such as fly", "Cannot perform jutsus that copy other jutsus" or even "Can only manipulate one "tree" of wood at a time per rank"

False surroundings looks good. Accepted.
The wood one, I have to agree with Gregar. If people want all the different abilities, it's not that hard to make a jutsu for them, and it makes it a lot easier to keep track of. "But Tosatsu, don't you have something like that as the Ichibi host?!" Yes, yes I do. The thing is, that has given me more trouble than anything else, judging when and how I can use that and when I should just use a jutsu. Pure manipulation is awesome, but it needs an overriding system to work well. Having a technique for it would just be giving you the ability to do whatever, while paying only the price of that one jutsu.

Can you explain in better detail how it dosen't work? Like is there some physics behind it making it impossible? Or is it just going to be denied every time to due an OP issue?
what im asking, is it possible for me to fix it up for acceptance?

Range of Jutsu: Travels up to 100m
Jutsu's Element: Raiton
Description: The user charges up Raiton Chakra in their arm like they would do so for a Chidori. They then thrust their arm forward and release a blast of lightning that takes the form of a running, wolf-like beast that charges forward at nearly 95mph. However, one downfall of this Jutsu is that only a single beast can be used at a time and it travels straight, with a zig-zag stepping pattern. So if the target dodges this beast, it cannot turn around for another shot.

They then thrust their arms forward and release a massive blast of lightning that takes the form of three running, wolf-like beast that charges forward at nearly 60mph. These three beast, unlike the single beast, can change direction in their attacks. They last for up to 3 posts, but disperse after landing one hit. They can be blocked, however. If they come into contact with any large mass that they cannot snake around, they will smash into it and disperse.

This only lasts for the post that is activated and cannot be used again for another 5 posts.

This Jutsu can be canceled anytime during the 5 posts that it may remain active, but it can only be used once per battle. After it is ended, the user cannot perform any more Ninjutsu for a minimum of 10 posts.

Description: This is a unique Jutsu that can be used for two different purposes. It can be used for both attack and recovery purposes. For attack, the user charges up Raiton Chakra into their palms and slams them into the opponent. They then send the electrical pulse to vital points of the body, causing them to malfunction or to work on a much slower scale. If the user attack the heart directly, this Jutsu could throw the target into cardiac arrest. For Medical purposes, this Jutsu is used to give a jump start to the heart, brain, muscles, etc. If it part of the human body and it isn't working properly, this Jutsu will give it a jolt of electricity that will cause the affected organ/muscle to begin operations. However, if tendons are severed or if the targeted body part isn't working at all due to truly severe medical reasons, this Jutsu cannot help and may cause even further damage in this scenario.

Description: The user focuses Medical Chakra around their hand to create a 1.5ft long blade. This blade can be used for Medical purposes as it has the ability to slice directly through muscle tissue and bone fibers. After creating the blade, the user then charges it full of their Raiton Chakra and it becomes like a scalpel made of lightning. It can slice through bone and cause electrical shocks at the same time.

Description: Like the Shissou, the user spits out and array of senbon from their mouth. Usually, the Shissou is only used with Puppet Masters that shoot the senbon from their puppets. This Jutsu allows the user to shoot out senbon made entirely of Raiton Chakra from their mouth at the target. These senbon stick into the target and open a wound before they disappear, causing a serious injury in many case. A well-aimed senbon could completely paralyze someone's limbs if they hit a pressure point. If this happens, then the target's limb is paralyzed for 2 posts after being hit.

All Rp Samples are [U/C] so those of you who are accepting Custom Jutsu, then look over the descriptions I have put down and let me what you think while I am editing my Rp Samples. I'm gonna be working kinda slow for a bit and need constructive criticism in the creation process.

Please, dont post so many at once. Its better to post one or two at a time.
Lightning beast is already a jutsu, but good inspiration from NUNS2.
Having one beast as a C rank, then three as a B rank, doesnt make too much sense.
No elemental combinations.

Name of Jutsu: Kurisutarurirīsu: Shin kesshō no hana, Crystal Release: True Crystal Flower
Rank of Jutsu: E - S
Range of Jutsu: 5 – 40 feet
Jutsu's Element: Crystal
Description: The user makes a single seal and makes a large number of crystals rise up from the ground. The user makes another seal and the crystals being form into flowers around the intended target similar to the way a grass patch is done. The flowers are 6 inches tall and are about 1 inch away from each other; if they are so much as tapped the flowers will shatter sending small needle like shards toward the enemy, and nearby flowers, making a chain reaction making other flowers nearby shatter, this domino effect will cease after a 1 foot of flowers ( 12 flowers ) are shattered. After the user is a chunnin, this jutsu makes all crystal jutsu cost 1 rank less thanks to the high abundance of crystal.

Just after using his the genjutsu crystal flower, tenza jumped back gaining some distance between him and his enemy, he made a series of seals, letting his chakra exit his body through his legs and budding around him forming a field of chakra flowers, which then materialized into crystals. Two men, whom were surrounded by the crystal flowers, they began to laugh like barbarians at the sight of such a female-ish technique. One of the men rose his foot and Tenza sighed. “ I wouldn’t do that…” He told the man giving him a warning but he ignored it and stepped on the flowers, making them shatter and release small shards of crystal that stabbed on to the man, he began jumping around in one foot and got the crystals stabbed in his other foot, he tripped and fell on his back to even more flowers, which got stabbed on his back. The other man took a step back as Tenza made a seal, activating the flower’s next ability, he began to form seals and the flowers behind the man formed into a spear. “ You see.. under normal circumstances, I’d use the least jutsu possible, but while this is active, my techniques cost slightly less.” Tenza said as he sighed and the man slid down, stabbed by the spear.
