Shou entered the trainingfield, while carrying the scroll in his right hand. He walked through the area until he ended up at an open spot with nothing to annoy him. He needed an open space since he wouldn't like the whole area to burn down. She sat down on the grass while he read the scroll carefully. It contained 5 fire techniques that Shou had to learn. He looked at the first sentence. 'Katon: Ichi?' he thought. He had to dig into this matter to solve his question. After a couple of minutes, Shou meant that he was finished. He got up and came in a calm stance. He had to mold the chakra firstly. Shou focused at his chakra while starring at his index fingertip for improvement. "Katon: Ichi" he said. Then he molded it. It failed miserably. He seemed to rely more on the spiritual part. This caused a small cloud of smoke to soar up in the sky. Shou grinned a little over how pathetic that act was.

Katon: Ichi (Fire Release: One)
Description: The basic building block of a great many techniques down the line, this is presumably the very same skill that began the study of Katons. Molding their chakra through a simple seal of any choice, the user is able to focus it onto the tip of their index finger in the form of heat. With this, they can cut through things such as glass and rope with some difficulty. However, at this stage, control of one’s chakra is so minimal that this technique can only be used by one finger and essentially has no combat use.

Shou lighted off the indexfinger and tried again. This time, he focused to mold more chakra than before. It didn't have to be too much. Just a little more. Shou felt the right feeling and tried it out. "Katon: Ichi" he said again as he released the chakra into his indexfingertip. This time it glowed a lot more up. 'That's the right thing' thought Shou a little excited. He took another toothstick and threw it up. He then sliced it with his fingertip and the toothstick split in two with a small burnmark from itt's splitting roots. Shou put out the glow and sat down with the scroll again. The was good practice indeed.

Ruuko read for a few minutes before deciding to try the 'Fish Spit'. Ruuko drank some of the water from the small pond. he tried to spit it out fast enof but just splashed out infront of him.

Shou came into his stance again and focused on the handsigns since he failed at that point before. He molded the chakra as he focused on he tree infront of him. He'd use that as a target. With the right amount of chakra of Shou's feelings, he performed the handsigns quite fast and snapped his finger. "Katon: Tanebi no Justu" he said as smoke seemed to appear in the invisible air. Shou looked quite surprised. Maybe this wasn't the quite same as Katon: Ichi (Fire Release: One). It seemed to need a little more molding. But that wasn't a problem at all. This was still a basic justu for Shous level.

Shou sat down again with the scroll, quite satisfied. He seemed to enjoy this special training for himself. Shou read through the next justu. It was like a more advanced version of Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Cinder Technique) as it said on the scroll. Shou faces actually lightend more up now. His stiff, cold usual self seemed to be hidden at the moment. Maybe it was because of his current training obsession. 'Katon: Houka Hira no Justu (Fire Release: Flaming Palm Technique)? Shou thought. It seemed to be a quite good fire jutsu for Shou's fighting style. Maybe he could combine it with his Taijutsu to create a combo. That idea really stuck on to Shou. But nevertheless, he came up in his stance again. He molded the chakra and focused on the tree. Then he released it into his palm to create a spark. "Katon: Houka Hira no Jutsu" he said. With the spark in the hand, Shou attacked the tree. He hit his right palm onto the tree but it hadn't any effect. Shou hadn't kept the spark alive. He hadn't even created a small flame out of it. It was obvious it wouldn't work.

Description: A more advanced version of the Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu, this jutsu allows the user to hold the make spark in their hand. They then amplify it with their chakra until it is a small flame. By mimicking the gentle fist style, the push the flame into their opponent, causing clothes to light, or minor burns on the body.

Shou came back to his position infront of the tree. He looked at his right fist once before he proceeded. He molded the chakra and felt the right amount a little after. He made the handsigns and he released it into his right hand again. "Katon: Houka Hira no Jutsu" he said as the spark arrived in his fist yet again. Shou fed it his chakra again. Then his fastly looked at his hand again before he fed the spark with a bigger amount of chakra. Suddenly, the small spark was now a small flame sleeping in Shous palm. As Shou kept feeding the chakra, he decided to try it out. He threw his right hand punch against the tree with the palm hitting. It worked! Though it was a small flame, it seemed to have burned the log a little. It was a succed this time. Shou was quite much happier now than just moments ago. But it was also quite breathtaking. He had practiced them right after each other. Though they were basic, Shou wasn't either used to Ninjutsus. So Shou decided to take a quick rest before he continued. He wouldn't sleep all the day on the Raikages behalf. He couldn't really offer her that. He chose to sit down with his back leaned on the thees log. He crossed his arms and closed his eyes. Just a hour or two to refresh his energy a bit more.

Shou seemed to sleep quite disturbed which eventually woke him up. It was a ridicilous nightmare. It wasn't what Shou hoped to attain in his slumber. He looked around and saw that thhe daylight hadn't gone and the sun hadn't moved that much. Maybe he really did sleep a hour or two. Shou got up with the scroll. He didn't wanna sit any longer. He began to read the next jutsu of the scroll. The next one was a improvement to Katon: Ichi (Fire Release: One). Shou thought that it'd be good to attain that jutsu too. He read it through and learned the handsigns. Then he dropped the scroll to get in stance. He molded his chakra to the right amount. Then he made the required handsigns and released it. "Katon: Ni" he said as his indexfinger seemed to light completely up. Shou looked at it. This was wrong. It shouldn't just be the indexfinger but also the middlefinger. This was just Katon: Ichi over again.

Description: This technique makes it so that after a user has molded enough chakra to gather heat into their finger they can now distribute it to both the index and middle finger (one hand), making it a somewhat viable option in combat now. However, jabs and strikes made through this method would simply burn through clothing and wouldn’t cause any substantial thereafter. In terms of raw searing strength, though, it allows the user to cut through even metallic string now.
