Yeah I'll probably glance at it like a week before.
There was this one guy last year that got a perfect on SATs and he said he just winged it. Although he was pretty smart though.

I'm resisting the urge to cyber slap him. Do you know where he's going for college?

You seem like you could get a perfect.
I know, but that just means finals and studying for finals. How many days do you get off?

Hahaha, not perfect, but good enough for me. It's not like I'm smarter or more accomplished than someone who scored lower, and the logic works the same the other way around. I hardly think test scores deserve the attention they get. <-- Reason why I ditched an award ceremony (and received a flurry of angry texts from friends who take this business too seriously). Sorry. I still stand by what I just said, but that was a bit of a rant. I'm still a little indignant that people would be angry that I ditched.
We get 3 school days off, so it'd be a 5-day weekend for us emotion_kirakira You?

Why would they care whether you went to a ceremony or not?
We get the same.

Exactly.
I can't wait. I almost wish we just had the full week off and just dubbed it "Fall Break."
You're up at 2 am? o_o

I'm not sure school districts would be cool with a week off one month and then again the next month.
I was playing Skyrim and didn't want to stop. I checked in on gaia right before I went to bed though.

You never know, maybe their schedules aren't the same as the students so they wouldn't ger the same days off. But it would be great though.
It's a game for the xbox 360 that came out like a week ago and I've been playing it a lot. I think I'm mildly addicted to it.

I'm pretty sure I know the gist of their schedules (in my district at least). They pretty much get the same breaks, except that their breaks are usually one or two days shorter because institute days and workshops and whatnot usually blend in with school holidays. Makes no difference to us students, but it just means that teachers start their breaks a little later.
I know the feeling. I've basically thrown myself into those apps Toon recommended.

I think the thing I'd like most about being a teacher would be having the summer off.

I think teachers do have the longest vacations - at least within the range of jobs with an equivalent salary.
Celebrities can obviously take as many and as long of a vacation they want each year.

Or being a Kardashian, their lives are basically vacations. And they get paid to travel.
