"Alright! Hold on tightly you two!? Aegyl cautioned before pulling up sharply. The winds shaping the hugh cloud pressured them as they got higher, but they it suddenly stopped as the broke through.

Sokras had been holding onto Austin tightly. But when the wind and noise suddenly fell silent, he opened his eyes and gasped. A huge clock tower lay before them in the middle of a town.

{Kinda like Tartarus from Persona3.}

Sokras shuddered violently against Austin. "I can feel it...the time... The time here is completely frozen. I don't like it. Well, that is, my powers are stiffing uncomfortably. And thus, I am the same." He explained briefly.

"I'm going to land at the edge of this place. If I fly you directly to the town, it'll draw unwanted attention." Aegyl hovered at the edge of the floating isle before gently landing.

Sokras smiled Austin and kissed him in thanks. "Hey, Aegyl, where are you going to go?"

"Hmhmhm! Don't worry about me, Sokras-kun, Austin-san. I'll hide away out of sight. If you need me, just call me name. I'll hear you." Aegyl said as she backed away and dove over to side only to fly off into the clouds where they couldn't see her.

Sokras nodded and held Austin's hand as he was lead towards the village.

Sokras clung to Austin's arms. While his eyes saw the frozen, unmoving bodies of the townspeople, he could feel their lifeforce. They were still alive, all them. "Austin...these people, they're all still alive. They're in pain..."

Sokras nodded. He leaned into Austin further as he calmed his shudders. Once he had, he took a deep breath and stepped away. "Thanks...Austin. You always know how to help me." He smiled and then gasped as he felt a sharp tug on his mind. "U-Ugh..." He put one hand to his head as images exploded behind his eyes. The everyday lives of the townsfolk, their festivals, the hard times, and the times of peace. All of these flooded his mind rapidly and then focused on one scene particularly. Two children holding hands who looked exactly alike: a bold looking girl and a shy boy. Both of them had diamond blue hair and pale skin. And then, bright light flooded his eyes again as it went away. He fell to the ground.

Sokras stared up at the sky with dazed eyes. And then he screamed in pain as his body expelled a powerful magic in a great shockwave that overtook the entire isle. Slowly, around them, time began to move. Sokras now lay still, exhausted from the strain of the deed.
