Granted, but its given to you by a Cambodian guerilla who stabs you in the back with it, then runs away. There are no tetanus shots avialable, so you get lockjaw, and die from failure to feed yourself.

Granted, but a heard of buffalo stampede over you before you can tell anyone else who's wondering.
I wish I could wish a food craving to appear out of nowhere and to have it actually happen. >_>
