Tares arrived to the top of the tower and the second water clone that was still there deactivated it self. He walked over to the mizukage and sat down on the floor, pulling out a nice travel mug of coffee. And sipped at it, listening to the conversation at hand.

"Maybe...maybe not," Zane stated plainly to Zean. "You see, right now at the moment I'm neutral with your country. Which means that at any moment Rock village could turn enemy...which puts me in a predicament, should I teach a potential enemy the swordstyle? No I shouldn't. So as things stand now, my answer is no...maybe sometime in the future if you prove to be allies with Mist then the answer may change," Zane told Zean.
Edit: "Tares, accompany Tod to Water Country to make sure he completes his mission," Zane told him as he saw his jounin standing there.

Zeaned smirked, "I figured, no problem though, I may not seem that smart, but by fighting my few minutes against Rein i discovered the first stage of it. No worry's. I'll branch off of what I've seen already." Zean reached into his bag and pulled out a vitamin. He popped it into his mouth and struggled to swallow it, but eventually it went down his throat. He gagged a bit and then took a sigh, " Uhg I hate those vitamins. Tastes like something out of the sewers." He leaned back and stared at the sky, getting a few minutes to rest before taking off.

Tod walked toward the tower with the new shinobi behind him. turning he said "right this way" as he gestured toward the stairs to the roof and when he got there he said "Lord mizukage the ninja that sent this note was this woman here. her name is Amegoshi Kamisama and she would like an audience with you." Tod finished with the hope of getting a good job or another various verbal pat on the back.

Ame walked up behind Tod with a smile. her Kage Robes blew in the wind as she stood there waiting for the Mizukage to acknowledge her. Ame watched everyone's movements just be sure that if any of them threatened her she could retaliate quickly and effectively.

LT followed and stood behind Ame, just close enough to counter anything that might possibly happen. He stood calmly and firmly with his hand on his sword. His three head band straps blowing in the wind.

Zean flipped over and started to walk away. His mission was done here and had no need to stay just to chat. He waved with the back of his hand and yelled, "Next time I see you guy's I'll have a higher version of your Mist swordsmen style. Until then, bye!" Zean took off into a dead run heading for the gates, he wanted to get back to his village soon a turn in his victory. Zean hopped off the roof and landed softly at the bottom, just to take off again and sprint.

Masumi ignored the boy who she hadn't been talking to and was relieved when he walked away. She shrugged in response to the Mizukage's statement. "Well... Yeah, I did. I'm from Cloud, and my name is Masumi. So are you gonna teach me?"

Tod looked to see the same pretty girl from before was still here. 'pretty yes, but annoying and rather arrogant. i hope the Kage just ignores her or better yet tells me to kill her.' he thought and smiled. He was after all a ninja from the bloody mist.

Suddenly, Zane's clone disperses as it melts into a pool of water.
The real Zane ran up the outside of the tower as all of the information from his clone edged into his mind. He jumped up as he performs several front flips before landing safely on his feet in front of the crowd gathered in his office. "Well...seems like things have been going since I've been gone," Zane sighed as he looked at Tod. "Great work Tod...you completed your mission...and no you can't kill her, look at her headband, she's from Cloud, which means we can't kill her," Zane stated.
Masumi: Zane moved to Asumi and sighed as he looked at her straight in the eyes. "Yes you say you're from Cloud...the last shinobi from Cloud actually proved to be strong and he gave me a reason to teach him, you on the other hand have not...so when you have a good reason why I should teach you the swordstyle then maybe...maybe...I'll consider it," Zane told her.
Ame: "So...you're the shinobi from the letter. It's a pleasure to meet you. The name's Zane Hajime, Mizukage of Kirigakure," Zane bowed kindly. He needed to keep formalities and though the bloody mist was...well bloody, he still valued manners above all things. Show him any rudeness and he won't like you at all.

"Well Zale and Matsuya are in the process of killing each other, while Ayame is fighting a Leaf genin so yeah, that's all that's happening right now. Hopefully they'll win," Zane stated as he worried about the three of them.
