Only reason we haven't yet is because we're waiting on a Flashpoint. All we need is something to happen, like a CIS building getting bombed by Republic terrorists, or one of our allies being attacked, and we go full throttle.
That way, we can't be blamed for aggression.

All we need is something to happen, like a CIS building getting bombed by Republic terrorists, or one of our allies being attacked, and we go full throttle. That way, we can't be blamed for aggression. so much for "Down with the republic". Can't even do a decent frame job. Plus, why do you have buildings on a republic planet? That could be technically considered a form of invasion anyway, depending on how pricky the wookiees are.

We just want to leave it in noone's mind that, when the war comes, it was of the Republic's doing Kashyyyk isn't exactly host to more than one major power on the planet though. it's not the system, it's just the planet that's under republic rule. And who says the trandoshans can't go in and rough 'em up? it wouldn't be a CIS engagement if it's caused by racial biggotry. Just make sure they're not using CIS ships or weaponry. Although, i think stellar openly admitted his ships weren't needed...

And with Bail at the reigns, it's very unlikely that he wants another war.

Nelowulf, you have shipyards but you don't have modern ship designs to manufacture. Raith has been out of business for awhile, so you have nothing worth building without licensing it from somebody.
