Vetusk stays silent the whole way. He gets back, and indeed, the fighting had stopped, most of the people were in tears. Vertusk keeps pondering the words of the Nothing, it was striking him hard. Why, what would that mean? What was role am I playing in this story? He shakes it off and looks around. "What now?" He says tiredly, no, more like unsure.

Vertusk looks to him. "Fine." He goes back to pondering what he had heard. Was it fate I am here, is that it? No way, I have a life back home, I don't think.... His eyes widen. I am, but why, am I, no way. He again shakes it off and glances around. Jairn, he had never heard of the pale beings name, and neither had he the Technomages, he only knew Jairn and... in fact, he didn't know any of there names. Weird, I wonder how I never caught any of their names.....

Vertusk starts to feel dizzy, and falls to the floor. He wakes in a land not alot different than his hometown. "Where, am I?" A voice is heard, but not his own. "Killinger, no no, I am Atlantean, I am a Magi! What?! No! I will not, unhand me!" He hears magics, and runs to the next room. He is shocked, an older version of him is struggling with men twice his size. He looks to his hands, and they glow gold. "Unhand me, or you will die!" He blasts their heads off of their bodies. He looks to Vertusk. "Hello boy, I see you have come to my call. I was hoping so." The platinum hair of the man was long, but still held its blonde color. "I am you, from the future! It sound cool doesn't it?" Vertusk raises his eyebrows, and backs up. "Look, Father Time wanted me to talk to you, so here I am. Don't know why I was brought here, and told I am Killinger, I am not you know, but hell, he has always been weird. Sit sit, I will tell you all about it."

Vertusk sits back. "So, I am not Killnger, I am this, Home magi? That is confusing..." He sighs. "Fine then It makes sense. So, this Atlantis, were am I to find it?"

"Speak to the Explorers they know. They are Magi like us, and know where to find it, be careful, its a perilous journey, and you will find them along the way to Sara, the she-witch Deific." He had explained the term Deific to Vertusk, who understood it a bit. "Oh! I almost forgot!" The old man gets up and stands before him. "You are ready to know one thing, The Vurian magic, well its a branch of Magi magic that the Killingers possess, it is pure magic as it can be, its dangerous to use improperly, and yes I know you know that, er, I know that? Whatever, go forth and use it wisely, uh yeah thats it I think?" He looks around. "Yeah and good luck!" He vanishes from thin air and leaves him alone.

"Um, what now?" He looks around. Then he is sitting in a chair several floors up from where he had been and sees a woman. "Um Hello."

Vertusk's eyes widen and he moves to her. He lets his hands hover over it. SAfter a while the gold glow stops, and he examines it. "Should do well enough. I am no Vurian Healer, but battle wounds heal nicely. I am Vertusk Khilack, Atlantean and Homo magi." He bows. It was weird saying it but also nice having a change. "Nice to meet you, I need to find Jairn and his group, I know where to find Sara the she-witch."

Vertusk stares, there was nothing he could do, not being a Healer he had no way of helping with energy. He did learn a technique once long ago back during his studies maybe fifty years ago. But could he do that now was his question. "Okay I am going to try to convert my magic into pure and raw energy, namely ATP, for your body to be able to use it without rejection." He breaths, and he sets towo balls of golden energy on the floor. He thinks about it. "Okay, now, I need to remember, my Alchemy class said that when you, you should, and then." He holds up a vial, and scoops some of it into it. He looks to her. "Drink this, it should restore a small amount of energy, and then one of the others can help you, namely this Technomage." He holds it out to her. "And after this, my good deeds for the day is done."

Vertusk gets up and looks down the nearest staircase. "Hey, girl, come on. I have to get somewhere, no messing around." He starts down it regardless if she came or not. He sees guards and shoots them down with his rifle. Oh great.

Vertusk grunts. "I shall call you what I must when I must." He opens his hands, and his gold eyes flash. Three guards catch fire, a beautiful golden color the flame was. "We should get going, its not safe in one spot. Come, we need to get somewhere safe then we can find Jairn and the others." He holds the the door open to a large ballroom. He scans it for enemies, and sees a man in a white coat and white pants. He holds a sword, short, but still deadly looking. "Ooops, wrong room" He goes to turn, but it prevented by some powerful magics. "Oh great, now what do I do?" He looks to the man, his grayish white hair in spikes. Vertusk aims his hands at him. His rifle was in the other room.

"You made Sara mad, no here is your punishment." He is behind Vertusk in an instant, and Vertusk jumps away. The man smiles. "Your better than you look." Vertusk is shot into the air by a powerful blast of wind from the fllor. He turns to be able to land on his feet. He throws his hands in front of him and starts moving his arms in a delicate fashion, as if he was dancing to a ballad. He stops and recites an oath, and he throws his hands outwards towards the man. Gold erupts from them and covers the walls, and soon it is nothing but gold colored air in the room. Vertusk then solidifies stakes and spikes from it and throws them at the man. He hears them clash with the mans sword, and then he hears a sickening crunch. Vertusk crumples to the floor. That hurt. Bad. He stands and takes a look at the man. The gold had dispersed and there was only him and the man in the room. He had three wounds, one through the leg, another in his thigh and the other in his throat. He slowly stops gurgling and dies. Vertusk walks to the door, and falls to the ground. He had been relying on his magics a tad bit too much after not practicing them for so long, it was shocking his body. He gets up and shoots some out at the magical barrier, and it blows through it. He slowly makes his way out and finds Yuki.
