"...well, cat boy, are you going to make a move, or should I just go find breakfast?" Kai glanced in the direction of where Debido was, weather it was a guess or he knew, it didn't show.

Debido silently sighed then came out of hiding. "Sure I could use a lil fun." he said in a cool voice, but his tail showed he was still nervous.

Kai glanced at the boy's tail "...tell me...how many times have you battled against people?" he tilted his head as he shifted his stance and raised his sword, ready to fight.

Debido chuckled. "How am I supposed to know that?" he drew his sword, black with one hooked and one serated edge.

Kai thought for a second "...so..you are the same as I..." he chuckled and pointed his blade at the boy "..but..you side with the female assassin, so fight me..or I'll just attack her." he narrowed his eyes

Debido sighed. "Yup destiny's a b***h." he said beefore charging at Kai.

Kai spun and brought his blade at an upward slash aimed at the boy's chest.

Debido spun to the side, keeping close and ran the serated edge on Kai's side as he sprung past.

Melodies shadows began to fade, now only fog covered the area. She couldn't even see anything so she closed her eyes to concentrate on keeping Twilith out.

Kai grunted as the blade tore his skin, then flicked a bit of blood from the cut at the boy which turned into needles.

Debido held his hand out and the needles stopped. He flicked the wrist of his free hand and a small amount of water to each needle. He pointed his finger with a grin and the needles flew towards Kai.

"Feh..." Kai sliced the needles, then lunged at Debido and thrust the blade at his sword.

Debido met Kai's sword with the hooked side of his and attempted to disarm Kai with the windmill technique.

Twilith apeared beside the two. Her eyes were glowing and she covered them with her wing arm. The staff stretched between Kai and Debido's blades. "Noo..." she murmered, a little in pain. Then her staff pushed Debido's blade away. "Don't hurt him!"

Debido looked at Twilith in shock. "What? Why would-" he suddenly realized he took his eyes off Kai and jumped over him, striking Kai's back with the flat side of his sword.
