Embry smiled and kissed Ericka, he then saw Toby and Sam walking Back to the backyard. He froze. "Ericka! Look at Sammie!" He shook her absolutely extatic!.

Renesmee, Renesmee grinned and whispered, "I love you, too." The warmth of Anna's blood pulsing under her hand made everything inside her warm and quick. "She needs washed," she murmured suddenly, looking at the mud and dirt caked against Anna's skin; her hair needed brushing almost as desperately as Nessie's did. She flipped over the hand she was holding, seeing dirt on that also. As long as she was alive though, she could be as messy as she wanted.
Seth grinned and looked down as Scarlette started to poke at his finger. "I have seen you hold your breath much longer than seven and a half seconds at the beach," he said, laughing, "and when I got worried and tried to pull you out, you wouldn't get out until you broke your previous record." He rolled his eyes and squeezed her with the arm around her shoulders.
Emily smiled as Sam started on his hotdog-which was probably not going to be his first. "There's more to cook," she told him, kissing his head as she stood up, and then walking over to the grill. The flames were small, now but still there. Emily tore open the other package of hotdogs and put the six of them on the top rack. Then she opened a pack of hamburgers and set them on the left half of the bottom rack, leaving room for about three vegetable kabobs, which she set on immediately after. Emily sat and contently kept watch over the food on the grill, watching as happiness surrounded her.
Toby stood up along with Samantha, keeping her hands firmly in his. He turned and watched her wipe away tears, grinning as they all slowly disappeared with her touch. "Are you okay now?" He asked her lightly, squeezing her hand once and looking over at her father. Toby wondered what Embry thought of him holding his daughter's hand... especially when they were both only fifteen. Sam hadn't been great when his youngest got imprinters, and Toby wasn't so sure about Embry either... the vampire with a beating heart

Kaylynn tugged at Collen's arms, as she wanted down. She finally got out of his grip, and stood by him, as she had just learned that this Clarissa girl was his sister. "Hey, I am Kaylynn. It's really nice to meet you. Collen never told me he had any siblings." Kay said, as she looked at Collen."Want to join us at a barbeque?" Kaylynn then asked politely.
Haydn laughed, as Hadria had said he was going to have to have a sandwich. Then, she placed a hot dog in front of him. "Mmm. Great sandwich." Hay said sarcastically, as he joked back and forth with Hadria. He then picked it up, and scarfed it down quickly, not wanting anybody to see, as Haydn didn't want to be rude. He didn't bother to get another one, as Hay would probably only get another if Hadria did.
Joey looked at Karina, and blushed. "Yeah, you know I am going to leave you. You better be worried." Joey joked. "Cause I can do that with a snap of some fingers." He added on. Joey then began to notice Collen wasn't quite there yet. "I wonder where Collen is. He isn't here yet, and I am getting an unfamiliar scent from far away." He said, as Joey began to sniff the air.
Clarissa turned to see Collen and another girl, guessing it was his imprintee. "Hey, I am Clarissa... Collen's sister. Just case you didn't notice. And no, I don't look like dad. If you want to say that, then you look like mom." Clarissa joked, as she introduced herself, and talked to Collen. "Oh and yes, I will join the pack. After all, I am not sitting home with dad everyday." Lissa said, as she realized that Kaylynn had just asked her to a barbeque. "Yeah, sure. I will come... if it's okay with everybody who is there, and of course Collen." She said again.
Rachel was bored at home, for she hadn't heard anything from Paul today. "I wonder what he is doing." Rachel wondered aloud. She then walked out the door, heading towards Emily's house, guessing he was there. As she reached the house, the gate was slightly open, and she entered the backyard, hoping she wasn't interrupting anything. "Sorry, I should've called first, but is Paul here?" Rachel asked, looking around for him.

Renesmee, Paul stood up and looked around at the funeral site, knowing there had been no reason for it. He had known the whole time that there was no way that Anna-who was a vampire and a shapeshifter-could have died. And as he saw Renesmee run with Anna's breathing body, he had figured he had been right. Sighing, he started towards Sam and Emily's house, going through the gate and seeing the barbecue everybody had been talking about. "Hey, honey," he whispered, putting one of his arms around Rachel's shoulders. "Anna's alive. Your brother is happy again." His voice was still low, and he only expected Rachel to hear because they were so close together.
Karina laughed and pulled his head down. "Get your nose out of the air. Your face is embarrassing me. Oh, and how many finger snaps will that take?" She asked, looking over at the plate of hamburgers. She grinned and went to get one, then she walked over and took back her seat, beginning to eat it. "I'm not as nice as my twin; you have to go get your own hotdog." Karina smirked and took another bite, flashing Joey a sideways glance.
Hadria nodded and bit into her hotdog. "I know, wonderful sandwich, right?" She rolled her eyes and took another bit, making her halfway done with the hotdog. A little giggle popped out when he ate the hotdog that she couldn't help. Haydn ate food like adult shapeshifters already; and he was only twelve years old. Her older sister, Olive, didn't even eat near that fast, and she was fifteen. "Nice on," she whispered to him, watching as Samantha and Toby came through the gate.
Collen smiled and rolled his eyes, putting his arm around Kaylynn. "Admit it, you know that we both look like dad. Except for that odd birthmark on our back that we got from mom, but that's just weird. We're not twins, and I'm older, it's so odd that we both got it." Then he sighed and turned around. "Alright then, everybody is off to the barbecue," he muttered, walking towards it at a very slow speed compared to his average speed. Although, this speed was just about a human's natural walking speed. the vampire with a beating heart

"Really? Thank God!" she told him, a grin on her lips. She put her arms around his neck and reached up on her Toes to kiss paul, when leaned away she put her right hand over paul's heart and said: "I love you..."

Jacob smiled and kissed Renesmee gently on her head. "I can't believe she was alive this whole time." he said gently to himself. "I think we should've waited." he said gently.
Sam smiled and snuck another two hot dogs from the grill and began to munch on them. He loved Emily's cooking. He wondered if she would notice the two that were missing and now in his belly.
Carlisle smiled, "Well I'll leave you five alone. I'm due to preform a surgery in a few and well.. It's best we not wait." he said softly. he then slipped out and rode to the hospital.

Erickka smiled and nodded. She knew. Her daughter was happy once more. It was then did Erickka notice the thin scars on her daughter's wrists. Erickka sighed and wondered why she had not noticed before. Well that no longer mattered. Little Samantha was happy, that was all that mattered right then and there.

QUil was proud he picked lilly up. "YOu're so smart! How did you know she was still alive hun?"
Kim was over joyed. "Oh my gosh, jared! Did you hear?! Anna's alive! I'm going to make some of my famous devil chocolate cake too in celebration!!"

Lilly smiled and Kissed her daddy's cheek. "I fwelt er" she said softly. She then hugged her daddy and beamed at her parents loving her.
Claire smiled, "She and Anna had a bond." It helped me out, if I took a nap or something, an Anna as only a couple houses away, so if anything happened to Lilly that I didn't know about. Anna would come and help me out." she said softly to her husband. "It worked both ways." she said again gently.

Scarlette smiled fondly at the memory. Seth was yelling his head off at her for holding her breath for so long, while Sierra Jill held the timer. Sie J. was pissed because Scarlette had beaten her record and her personal best. Scarlette's smile remained on her face as she remembered Seth's face as she held her breath. "That was priceless. The water was fairly clear and you just kept freaking out. Your face was gold." she replied, her smile turning into a cheesy grin.
Samantha nodded. She was happy that her tears had stopped falling, but at the same time, was worried that more were soon to come. Samantha looked at Toby, but her smile faltered a bit. She had hidden the small scars on her wrist from everyone in her family, even Ember Rose and Toby. Scarlette somehow found out, but the two made a blood promise to never tell. Samantha's eyes lowered as she pulled her hand away from Toby. She took in a deep breath and rolled back the sleeve from her funeral outfit. It was apparent that the twelve scars, light against her skin. Samantha then held her breath as she waited for Toby's response.

Kaylynn smiled as Collen put his arm around her. “Okay, let’s.” Kay said, before following Collen to Emily’s house. She then walked up to Collen, and paused, waiting for Clarissa to catch up. “So where do you two actually live? I mean you have never told me.” Kaylynn aimlessly asked, as she looked at Collen.
Kyeran looked down at his feet and started to sway his legs, but stopped immediately and then turned his gaze to Ember Rose. “So what do you want to do?” Kye asked. He then wondered about the barbeque that was going on, and questioned if Ember would want to go. “So how about that barbeque? Do you want to go or I don’t know…” Kyeran trailed off, as he blushed.
Haydn chuckled at Hadria, and began to pick up his hotdog. He took a few fast bites, but then slowed down as he didn’t want to be rude in front of Hadria’s family, and of course her. Hay then began to eat faster, and soon he was done. “I better not have another one. I don’t want to be a pig.” Hadyn stated.
Joey put his head even higher in the air. “How about this high?” He laughed, and with that, he put his nose down. Joey then bent over, and grabbed another hotdog. “This time I will try not to scarf it down.” He said, as he ate tiny bites. “Oh yes, and five finger snaps, cause that’s my favorite number.” Joey chortled. “But it won’t work for you. If you do it, I just…just don’t go away. You just can’t get rid of me.”
Clarissa walked up to Kaylynn. She then figured out where the house was, and went a little ahead of Collen and Kay. Lissa then slowed as she reached the gate. She opened it a bit, but stood back, for she didn’t want to just walk in. “You guys could go first.” Clarissa said, as she waited for Kaylynn and Collen to catch up.
Rachel shook, as Paul came up behind her. “Anna is alive? Oh that’s wonderful! I am so happy for Jake now. Should we go over and see him, or do you think he’ll come here with Anna and Renesmee?” Rachel asked, as she kissed his cheek. She then hugged her body closer to his, for Rachel was kind of cold. It wasn’t the warmest day out, but also not the coldest.

Renesmee, Renesmee looked down at her hand, which lightly, yet protectively, grasped Anna's. "All the time underground couldn't have helped her. It's a good thing we have equipment," she whispered inattentively. Nessie lightly squeezed her daughter's hand, trying to mentally will her back to life. Hopefully she woke up soon, as Renesmee wasn't sure how long she could wait. The sooner her daughter awoke the better.
Paul held Rachel, knowing his temperature would warm her up immediately. "She's alive, but not awake. If you want to see your brother and niece, I think you'll need to go there. Inside it will be warmer anyway," he muttered quietly, pulling her along in tow, and walking towards Jacob's house. Paul could already feel her warm up under his grip, and grinned, knowing she would be able to feel it, too.
Seth shook his head, but grinned all the same. "It was not. Imprinters really do get scared by that kind of stuff. I think you should understand that," he whispered gently, but defensively. "Next time, I'll pull you out of the water by that long hair of yours. And that's a promise and a threat." He rubbed her arm roughly with the hand on the arm draped over her shoulders. A joking grin spread across his face as he waited for Scarlette's-most likely cruelly joking-comeback.
Nye's eyes wandered over to the gate as he heard it's protesting squeaks; somebody must be opening it. As he wondered who, he looked up and saw someone new. A girl, whom Nye was quite happy to be seeing at the time. In fact, very happy. Suddenly, he forgot about all the family around him, and everything blurred. Except for the girl, she stayed completely in focus. She was absolutely stunning, and it was obvious she was about to come in here. Nye silently waited for her, staring at her the whole time.
Toby's jaw dropped as he saw the scars against Samantha's skin. You might as well cut a hole through heaven. "I'll talk to you about that after the barbecue," he whispered angrily. She wasn't going to be happy about his reaction, but at least he put it off. As Toby stared at the scars, his heart started to burn, and turned over angrily. This probably hurt him even more than it hurt her.
Karina shook her head and rolled her eyes. Then she lifted her left hand up and snapped five times. "But what if I want to get rid of you?" She asked insincerely. With Joey, she couldn't seriously say those words without joking. After the snaps, she took her hand and pushed at the hot dog, shoving it into his face and laughing. She listened as her twin joined in with her laughter, then she patted Joey's shoulder. "I'm not sorry."
Hadria rolled her eyes and looked at her father, who had just stolen two hot dogs without Emily noticing. "You'll probably fit right in, considering my father has already had three or four. You know, you and my father haven't talked much. You two should have a conversation some time," she muttered, then looked back at him. "Just get another hotdog." Hadria knew her prodding would most likely work, and waited impatiently for Haydn to just go get one or something.
Collen sighed, and thought about his unfortunate past. They didn't have a mother; she had left. But that was something he and Clarissa didn't like to talk about. "We're actually from California. Yea, I know. Big city, not much of a place for a shapeshifter, but it doesn't matter now," he muttered, bringing Kaylynn through the gate. He looked back at his sister and smiled, "you can come in now then." the vampire with a beating heart

Scarlette rolled her eyes at Seth. "So that's a promise? You won't kiss me, but you'll drag me by my hair out of a pool when I can hold my breath for seven minutes? If that's not love, I don't know what is." she replied, a cocky smirk now on her face. Scarlette rolled her blue eyes once more. She shook her head. 'I will never understand him...' she thought tiredly. Scarlette continued to let her body stay close to Seth's but her cocky smirk never faded from her face.
Samantha sighed as she rolled her sleeves back down. She looked back at Toby, her brown eyes practically begging for forgiveness. Samantha knew that what she did was stupid and wrong. But she knew that Toby had to know. Samantha grabbed at his hand once more and tried to look back into his eyes. The strongest message inside of them was: 'I'm so sorry.' She knew why she was apologizing to Toby. She knew that those scars that she had given herself probably hurt him more than it hurt her.
Ember Rose shrugged. "Not sure. Surprisingly enough, I'm not hungry. What would you like to do?"" she asked. Ember Rose let her head roll back as she groaned. It was kind of strange. It was fairly strange to see Kyeran blush, but it was very cute to see him doing so. Ember Rose laughed a little at herself for no apparent reason. She just needed something to do.

Renesmee, Seth laughed and turned towards her. "I never said I wouldn't kiss you. I just said you had to wait until you were legally eighteen; the adult age. I think Iolo and Nye will be soon," he joked, laughing again. As he looked at her, he could see the sly smile spread across her face, and he smiled, too. That smile was something he had seen everyday since she had been about five or six. Before that, she was to innocent to be sarcastic.
Toby looked into Samantha's eyes, able to see the message in them. It weakened him, and he almost gave in, letting the apology slide, but his will and mind told him no. She didn't even know how painful this was for him, and she's the one who got the physical pain. Heck, for all Toby knew, Samantha wasn't even capable of feeling the pain he felt at this point. Toby shook his head and his eyes looked stern and filled with no emotion. But he knew he had to tell her about his feelings right then, so he gripped her wrist-very, very gently-and led her inside his house, opening the door to his room for her to go inside. the vampire with a beating heart

Scarlette laughed and stuck her tongue out at Seth. "Legally eighteen? Adult age? You make it sound like making out with you is drinking." she replied, her smirk still in place. She rolled her eyes once more. She had rolled them so much in the last five minutes, you'd think that they were out of place. The smile on Seth's face was something she had seen since she was born. She could even remember when she was a baby, and when he was the third person to hold her after her parents. Scarlette sighed as she relished in the memories.
Samantha bit her lip softly. She felt as though she was going to cry when his eyes, her favorite eyes, showed no emotion towards her. She could feel a lump rise in her throat, but she forced it back down. When they reached his home, and his room, Samantha walked into his room. She took in a deep breath and sat down on his bed and waited for him to speak. The silence was killing her.
