Freya_Crescent I changed my mind! I want a picnic! (I voted for the mall originally. Disregard one of those votes, and change it for the picnic.) YES! PICNIC PICNIC!

Vickicat TheRob Also, as for malls with arcades, I want to say Fashion Square Mall had one on the 2nd floor by the food court...but it's been years since I've been around that part of the mall, so I can't confirm if it's still in operation or not. sweatdrop Nope, it's gone. D:What's in its place? ninja

The Votes are Out! Costume Picnic in the Park is the winner! Costumed Picnic at a Public Park [ Votes: 4 ] The Mall [ Votes: 2 ] For the park, Warren Park ( 3406 Warren Park Rd, Orlando, FL 32812), which has a better parking lot (no 2 hour parking BS) and a bigger playground. Plus, I just like this park, tough to find, but worth the effort. whee

Costume Picnic in the Park Date: Tuesday, October 26, 2010Time: 4pm until sunsetLocation: Warren Park ( 3406 Warren Park Rd, Orlando, FL 32812) If anyone wants to meet at my apartment and carpool to the park with me, or follow me over, we can make arrangements. I drive a station wagon, so I have plenty of room for people and supplies. If anyone needs my phone number, PM me BEFORE 10-26-10.I'm asking everyone who comes to the picnic to pitch in with food, drinks, and utensils (cups, forks, knives, spoons). There is a public barbecue on-site so grilling food is a go. I'm borrowing my dad's big cooler for cold stuff. If anyone else has a cooler let me know, we could always use a second one. I'm also looking for someone with a boom box that runs on batteries, preferably one with an ipod hook-up. If you want to volunteer to bring something in particular, let me know ahead of time. I'd hate to have 24 hot dogs and no buns, or 10 bags of chips and no drinks... sweatdrop Oh, and as for costumes, please no masks. I've been informed that it's against the law to wear them, even though they still sell them in the store.

TheRob Noonish works splendidly for me. :B You and me both, but I think we're the only ones... sweatdrop I believe most of the guild is sleeping or busy in the morning, so I chose afternoon. If 4pm is too early I can push it back a bit, but the sun sets at around 6:45pm. We may go hangout somewhere else after the picnic though. It may be a little troublesome, but it's worth it. mrgreen Besides, how often do we all get together and hang out?

So.... will people actually be dressing up? That is to say, actually dressing up in a costume, not wearing anime-specific memorabilia lol Me thinks I am gonna get a knight costume to show my chivalrous side... So yeah, I might actually make it =3 Not that I actually know anyone, I have only met one person from this guild. And that was, gosh...YEARZ ago. No wait, two. But still, YEARZ
